I love it here, anytime I have a issue, it’s resolved immediately, the maintenance is great, the office take your concern seriously! It’s quiet, I have no issues! I been here now for almost a year and I have no complaints! The owner is very sweet and really easy to talk to. I recommend staying here.

The new manager Latosha and Ms. Annette are really understanding when it comes to issues or falling on hard times. When I go into my office and let them knw what’s going on, they always work with me. Both women have a job to do, but at the same time they are human. If you want to live at property where you are treated like a person and not an unit number, this is the property to call home.

Ruun ..away....bad place to live..they overcharge for services. valet trash 25,water about 55,and other. People here still package no 1 is save,they also still my catalytic converter of my truck and a tire,management do not care about problems only squeeze your money. for what it is it's extremely expensive,my 1 bedroom studio is 850.whit separate services i paid 965..this is crazy..if you like take a bath with hot water..good luck here..I have to open all water outlets and live water running 4r 5 to 10 minutes so I can get warm water. And you get charge 4r all that water lost. trash everywhere dog pop too.take some advice and look some place far from here. I will do the same as soon my lease is up
