Our move-in date was this past Wednesday (July 27th) and was the very first day we had a chance to see our apartment and the rest of the building other than the leasing office…note that we leased via online portal based off our online experience which was great, right? Please PLEASE make sure you TOUR (view) the property in it’s entirety BEFORE you sign the lease! And fact check everything they say because things don’t always add up. This especially goes for those who are only looking online…it’s deceiving for sure. The photo attached is NOT anywhere close to reality. The leasing office is the ONLY updated part of this building…the rest needs to be pressure washed! There’s so much that needs renovating to the point that I’m curious to know the last time the manager has even taken the elevators…and To market a brand and assume such a vibrant living experience (only online) that doesn’t yet exist and to fish for people falsely is just flat out fraud like/scam-ish type behavior and basically plain unprofessional which makes me question such business acumen. It also makes me apprehensive of management’s underline operations methodology and business focus. Are we dealing with tired landlords? Has there been any consideration to sell the property by any chance? I know someone who would buy it right now! *very serious about that too *SN: we love to grill at the pool and my daughter loves swimming. Unfortunately due to the lack of transparency or just being up front (prior to us signing) come to find out that there was a fire (back in March 2022) on the floor where the pool, grill, business center, lounge area, etc., suppose to be and now we can’t even enjoy such amenities for the remaining of summer. So how did we find that out? Through current residents. Per leasing, they’re just renovating the entire floor which should be completed by October. I took the elevator to that floor, and it look like a gut rehab fix & flip project not started but yet projected to be completed “soon”. I’ll keep you guys updated if that proposed deadline is met…hence it’s been since March (apparently, no sense of urgency). This is just an example of “had we known” prior to… After asking several other residents on the elevator of their experience living here thus far, they have also shared similar insight (feeling slighted) and stated it’s been terrible and very inconsistent with what and how they “expressed” to be on their website. It is very very sad that they are letting/allowing people to sign leases knowing that there is a disconnect between your online presence versus reality. The net price you pay is nowhere close to being comparable #BIGfacts

STAY AWAY. I applied for a 1 bedroom apartment listed for $1300 only to find out they charge $150/month for parking + $250/month utilities. So that’s $1700 before wifi and electricity. You’re gunna pay close to $2K a month for a unit listed for $1300. STAY AWAY. Scam. Who pays $150/month for parking? Insane

This is a zero start rating ! My experience at manor house hasn’t been pleasant majority of my stay ! Let’s start with the horrible valet companies that like to wreck your car, steal, or take 45 mins to bring down your car. All luxuries aren’t a advantage ! Going on, before Covid I started to see minor roaches which I thought were due to all the move outs from evictions but I was able to treat them now the whole building was just inspected due to many complaints, all to be told that there is a cockroach infestation ! I now barely stay at my home I go over there just to pack up so that roaches are not in my personal belongings. I wish I didn’t have to believe that when I turn off the lights there is a roach party beginning in my tub, bathroom sink, kitchen. As a tenant you pay for pest control at properties but they definitely haven’t been coming to treat much ! Lastly the security of this place could definitely get a step up because there is no way I should see a homeless person roaming my building or even caught stuck on the elevator or even sleeping on the 25th floor as if they rent the couch ! I hope everyone can read through the lines and be aware that reviews of people that are not current tenants don’t count! I hope you are aware that also great tours can turn into a fake show because nobody will show you the bad before the good ! Please live through my experience and take your coins else where ! This is not the only place to live downtown but they definitely accept anyone as there tenants!

I have been a resident at the manor house going on 3 years now and i have no complaints. This downtown historic building is packed with charm with awesome city views. I am big into architecture and design, the manor house has my heart. The Staff: Heather, Taelor and Victoria are always kind and willing to go over and beyond for their residents. Concierge is the best, down to earth and always give residents a sense of comfort. This building is so for the social cool crowd.

Not to my knowledge but you can call and ask for Jason or courtlandt
None of this is true anymore since the new owners. It went downhill fast. Repairs aren't done. New mgmt is basically constructively evicting people. So sad. "1 studio its around $1100 and all bills paid. It's really safe. There's a concierge at the front desk 24 hours, nonresidents have to sign in".
There's no app. You put your debit/credit card in the machine
