I have a family member who resides in this apartment complex. Because of an inability to make it into the office Mondaytohrough Friday during the work week due to scheduling conflicts, we, as a family work together to ensure rent gets paid on the 1st . There have been several, several occasion's in which parking passes are not readily available when rent gets paid. Now if I pay you money in a timely fashion, I expect that parking passes or whatever is necessary for me to continue residency without worry of having my vehicle towed would be readily available. Luz, who states she is the Manager of the apartment complex and Jennifer who works the front desk, are both quite rude. Rather than display some type of Customer sensitivity, they choose to engage and provide you with condescending tones or ill mannered looks. Is it the fault of the resident that you do not have what is expected upon receipt of your money? In the same manner you do not want to have to wait to be paid, nor should a resident have to wait for their living essentials. There is a real lack of professionalism here. If you are dealing with the public, you should expect to receive complaints when you consistently fail to provide items in a timely manner. And, you can also expect that if you continue this practice, it won't be long before you won't have to worry about rent being paid by anyone on the 1st...and Southcrest will be able to thank Management Luz and business proficient Jennifer. 👏👏👏

Place is sum bs the old ppl dictate the apartment building,not a good place,ppl watch you and call the office on u multiple times ,don't move here if you friend or family members or kids

They have stricter rules for wat u do in ur apartment than they do for the the dope dealers and dope smokers over there. I have never seen a playground on this property just lies all the lies about anything positive abt these apartments!!!!!!
