If I could, I would give 0 stars. Don't move here. Before Tides took over, Ladera was an amazing place to live. Very attentive and actually cared about their residents. Ever since new management has taken over I've had nothing but complaints, but it hasn't only been me, it's been every person I've spoken to thus far. There's trash everywhere. There's a dumpster that's on the side of our apartment that was never there and it's always overflowing with trash. They also added a renters insurance charge that was only supposed to be charged if you didn't have RINS. I submitted my proof but I'm still charged every month and have to go in and have it taken off. They also painted the buildings and added awful black window screens without notice. Now they're adding towing enforcement. All of this money sunken into things that were never an issue before but not things like the swimming pool which still isn't finished -- mid July when it's over 100 degrees outside consistently. In other words, the list of disappointments goes on. You can add maintenance to that list as well, which plenty of other reviews covered. If what I've heard and read is accurate, on top of all of this rent charges have been increased. Which trust me, it's not worth it. I almost forgot to add, ever since new management has taken over, there's been an influx of more bugs around our apartment area. Once again. This hasn't been a problem before.

I went on a tour here a few weeks ago. The pictures captured my attention along with the low price of the units they had available. The first leasing agent that I encountered was a male, he was really nice and helpful however, collectively as a staff they were very unorganized, I waited an hour to tour an apartment because they couldn’t find the key. The unit was very spacious and nice but the cleaning that they did was very bare minimum and surface level. I opened the cabinets and there were bugs crawling in it. I opened a drawer and there was hair in it. The window in the bedroom made it look like a jail cell. I get back to the leasing office and begin working with now two female leasing agents who were rude and uninterested. Because of this experience, I would not be leasing here. First impressions are everything and this was not it.

The parking lot looks like a junk yard. Cars with expired registration parked in the same spot for months(right in front of the building). People with a garage parking right in front of the building instead of the garage mind you ,you can fit up to 3 cars outside of the garage . All while the rest of us have to park all the way by the front gate. And don’t reply to my review with the office number because I already have it and I already complained more than once.. I’ll gladly change my review once I don’t have to walk with a 2 year old all the way from the front of the apartments to my building.

I have lived in this apartment for the last year, it recently changed owners and groups, which is totally fine. The remodeling is really nice, just a little messy, which I’m sure they’ll fix. I have enjoyed living here and plan on renewing my lease!

Yes, we do. Call us for additional information.
Yes covered parking, and no washer and dryer. But do have an area for personal W/D set up.
