I am a guest who has observed the following. Car break ins mainly because the gate never works. Why have a gated community if your gate never works? How are residents supposed to feel safe. Why aren’t there cameras on both entrances with multiple known car break ins? Additionally there are cockroaches and the pool is disgusting, in fact it’s green right now. Does management exist here? Get your act together!

I have lived in these apartments 5 years. When I moved in owners changed and the manager Robbie resigned as did the leasing asst. So there was a transition not smooth. I had a leak from a brand new roof, still will I cover my electronics with plastic. I chose this unit bcuz of the floor to ceiling windows, can't use them anymore due to them not able to open or close. The cords are rotten and blinds old & mgmt states to expensive to repair yet no discount for non use. OK at least twice a year a pipe beneath the kitchen sink comes apart and leaks. Welp it happened @1222 am March 6th, I called lvm no response. Water flooded kitchen floor, powder room,laundry closet and part of dining area. I called back @9am March 6th s/w Nick who told me it wasn't an emergency bcuz I have a bathroom sink & the company doesn't approve OT. SO, I'm unable to use my kitchen bcuz of budget? Will I get a discount? Where in the lease does it reference we can't pay OT, we deem what is an emergency they choos. I was perturbed bcuz I'm never late paying rent and I hardly bother mgmt. When I do its not nonsense. S9 I have water everywhere for a pipe apparently maintenance is unable to repair. Why can't it be soldiered? More importantly WHY must I be inconvenienced? Ridiculous

We've lived here a couple months now and overall we really like it. The community is quiet and feels safe but the office/maintenance team could use some improvement. Probably my biggest complaint is their lack of communication and timeline for fixing problems. I put in several work orders and they were all closed without any of the issues actually being resolved. I think they had ordered parts but no one had communicated that to me. Ultimately everything has been fixed, it just took longer than expected and again there was zero communication from the maintenance team or office about when to expect a resolution. Again, we like the apartment a lot and we'll probably stay a while :)

I lived here in 2019/2020 and it’s the best place I lived in college. There are a lot of families and it’s quiet and cute. The office staff were always really nice and I loved all the trees + nature. We had a window box in our townhome with a fireplace that gave it a very cozy feel.
