I just moved into an apartment here and I don’t think it would have happened without Zuki. She’s the property manager and definitely “gets things done. aShe was honest, she made sure the apartment I was given was in great shape before I moved in and gave me the price that I locked in. She was accommodating even when she had so much more on her plate. The apartments are definitely an improvement in progress - they may have some faults - but for what rent is going for at other places I find the price excellent especially for the amount of space I’m getting. Their partnership with Rhino is really useful. Something else Zuki was able to fix for me when we had to switch apartments. I honestly don’t want to overwhelm her but she is so efficient and hard working I’ll probably be going straight to her whenever I have a problem. She made the wait for the apartment worth it. I’m looking forward to settling down here.

These apartments are a complete joke. I have a had a leaking shower for a year now. I have put in several maintenance requests and the issue has not been fixed. The maintenance men came in and busted a hole in my shower and left it like that for almost 4 months because they were supposedly waiting on a plumber. Then they came and patched up the hole, but the shower still does not work and it is still leaking even worse now. Maintenance request after maintenance request and nothing gets fixed. But when they want the rent money they are quick to send you an email or a reminder to pay your rent. I have contacted the city attorney’s office, Dallas County Code Enforcement, as well as Texas Apartment Association and an investigation will soon be underway. I believe that if enough of us complain there might be some substantial change. I plan on calling 311 everyday until things change!

I have lived here over 3 years and I will be the first the say it’s not the best. But it’s getting better and the new manager Zuke is nice and very help. Glad to she a person on site willing to help anyway she can. She is a real fresh of breath air

These apartments are not live in material. First year was ok. Other three years was horrible. Covid hot they didn't want to do nothing. The are under new management they made promises and still nothing. My apartment got broken into windo busted. They claim to be backed up. Needed my floor done never got that. Car got hit up. Why have cameras up but don't work. All they want is your money. They don't care about nothing else

Be careful they are non refundable on the Deposits-you will not get your Deposit back at all.
I agree, they never answer thier phones, you could call non-stop all day and they won't answer .. unprofessional to say the least
This is true. I am a current resident of 2 years and have been waiting over 6 months for 6 open work orders on fire and safety hazard issues
