I was very disappointed in this property. The staff in the leasing office were not on the same page. Anna, the property manager refused to allow us to speak with her supervisor when asked which seemed to be more so of an accountability issue as if she didn’t want the supervisor to hear what we had to say. We have canceled our application and do not recommend living here.

7 days later AC isnt repaired and no confirmation on eta replacement AC unit. *day 8 No hotel / husband was asked to run by our renters insurance *day 9 Eta 4 to 5 days waiting on their supplier - propert manager Ana needs to confirm any messages to corporate *14 days 2 weeks in total 3 days to install new a/c unit Portable provided does nothing and we find ourselves having to go down stairs by the mail room to cool off as our Apartment shows 90 to 92 degrees, even at night to the point we are better in our car with the AC Can't cook, can't sleep, bathrooms feel like ovens, if out dog was still around we would of needed to pay for care, console/computer and company equipment over heated.

Update: About a year later and still having issues with the AC. There has been no sense of urgency. Please do not move here. I can’t wait for my lease to be up. It is 74-76 degrees in my apartment daily and I’ve been told this isn’t considered an emergency. It’s 102 degrees outside???? How am I suppose to be comfortable in my home. I can’t wash dishes or clean without sweating. It’s disgusting. I have to put my babies to bed in a diaper. This is ridiculous for the amount of rent they charge. Please please do not move here. I have had many issues since I’ve moved in. I’ve tried to overlook them but it’s getting very difficult. I have been here two months and the AC has broken down twice. First time when I moved in on Aug 23rd. I spent 2 days in 78 degrees temperatures because of it. I was told they fixed the ac but the temperature never changed and by that time everyone was gone for the day. I had to sleep in the apartment and wait until the next day to get serviced. I am pregnant with twins and about to have the babies next Friday and here I am day 2 of no ac is my apartment. I could not get a hold of anyone at the leasing office or corporate. It is very scary to think I could be having my babies go through this in the future. This is where they will be spending all their time and I don’t have the confidence that they will be safe. I would be so worried my babies would overheat in these conditions. They say the apartment complex is new and modern but it’s far from it.

Short review: Amazing location Great staff Clean environment Friendly neighbors 24/7 - Coffee Bar/Study Room/Fitness Center Longer review: From start to finish, the process of getting into my new apartment was a breeze. Alex stayed connected throughout every step, and even months after still goes the extra mile to make sure that all is well. Stacy, who was brought in after my move-in date, has been awesome and always seems to have a positive attitude in doing her job. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the staff and the apartment as a whole. Very clean all around, quick service, easy access throughout the building (as long as you have your key fob). In short, would very much recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment!
