Terrible lack of care and consideration upon arrival from another Tri-Health facility for an emergency appendectomy already diagnosed from Arrow Springs. B North staff ignored my family member doubled over in pain for almost an hour in the waiting room. Only when I announced to the entire waiting room “She is about to pass out if you don’t help her soon”, did anything change. Unacceptable. Prior, the front desk employee said, “Sir, everyone in the ER is in pain.” Oddly, no one else was on tears? In my opinion, that employee needs a career change. She seems to not understand who her customer is.

I’m never allowed to have any actual medications when I go here. Good old hillbillies telling you to take a Tylenol and basically calling you a junky. They order x-rays and bloodwork YOU DO NOT NEED. Every time I come here they attempt to use a portable X-ray machine on me when I have no injuries that require it order lab work then toss me out without any treatment that would actually help me. I throw the medical bills in the trash! These people need resorted!

It doesn't get released to MyChart until the doctor who ordered it releases it to you (just imagine if you had a biopsy that indicated cancer & you saw that without any support or explanation from your Dr)
I don't believe so, they're a non-profit catholic hospital.
My wife left her car in front of the Thomas center 10506A for about a week with no issues.
Only 1 visitor per patient in the room but some floors will make exceptions depending on situation
TriHealth will
The outpatient lab is across the parking lot from the hospital.
Yes go to ER
Never had back surgery. I would check with the Mayo Clinic. Bethesda might let you drive home with wrong diagnosis and on medication without any one to drive you.
For what?
Maybe call your primary doctor and talk to them about it see what they say
There is a coffee shop in the lobby
NOT SURE BUT I'M GOING TO LOOK INTO IT
