Pulled through the drive thru for my lunch break, after I ordered I was told to pull to a spot and someone will be out with my order. 3 other cars were waiting as well. Ended up waiting 15 mins just for a big boy combo, buddy boy and a chili. My buddy boy was ice cold and not even made correctly, my big boy was missing. I let that slide, the next day I still wanting a big boy so I come back through the drive thru on my munch break…the same thing happens. I ended up waiting 25 mins for a big boy combo (which should always be ready). I was running out of time on my lunch break so I get out and ask what’s taking so long for a combo meal. All the drive through orders were ready sitting and waiting for the worker to take all 5 cars their orders at once. Ridiculous I won’t be going back it, the workers were nice, but still that’s poor service.

It was cold and nasty you would think that if there was a delay in getting a dasher they would remake the order but they didn't ice cold tho much of a waste of money

Had a meeting didn't stay the food on the breakfast bar was dried up table & floor wasn't cleaned well to seat new customers last but not least they ran out of eggs. But the server did her best we did get free coffee & she still got tipped $2
