Never have I heard such vulgar language from a worker to their employees before. The large man with the beard needs to be fired immediately. I’ll be sure to tell everyone to never use this location

Such terrible customer service. I ordered a sub with lettuce, cheese, and turkey. I specifically said no mayonnaise. The lady taking my order asked if I wanted tomato and I said no. I received a sub with TOMATO, MAYO, turkey, and lettuce.. no cheese. When I called to politely to ask if we could get it corrected or get a store credit the man very rudely kept saying no and hanging up. What kind of customer service is this?

You use your personal vehicle. Often employees will use a bike for nearby deliveries, as cost and liability are lower.
Not sure but I do know their prices are higher just because they are by campus. :(
