Went to a 3 day Safety Summit in Springfield, MO. Front desk personel we're very nice & helpful. Room was pretty nice. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay here.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Only negative thing is The bath tub was a little slick and has a slight slope to it. Thank goodness it had a hand rail. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great room! Comfortable bed! The office chair was comfortable and so was the other chair. The breakfast was great! Waffles, bacon, eggs, oatmeal and more! The staff was super nice and friendly! I will go again.

This place was absolutely filthy. I was booked for two nights November 2021. There was something (I think ants, I have pictures) underneath the mattress and crumbs in the bed. Then I noticed crickets on the floor. There was also hair in the sink and on the bathroom counter. I explained the situation and showed my picture to the front desk staff and I was offered the room next door instead. However, I still was not comfortable staying there due to lack of cleanliness and checked out to another hotel. The place definitely needs updated and deep cleaned.
