Lovely room accomodations. The Bistro inside the motel was convenient and served good food. No free breakfast. If we wanted to eat breakfast at the Bistro, we had to pay for it. We stayed in four lower cost motels and all of them provided free breakfast. Could not get two TV channels that we wanted to watch. Called desk for help. Help never came. The desk clerk told us they were just too busy. Would not recommend staying there unless they make some changes.

So lot of construction and seemed a little industrial. But away from everything so that was good. Beds were quite comfortable. Check in was quick. Hotel wasn't quite as good as other Courtyards I've been too but it is a smaller one in a smaller city. We would stay again.

1st room was dirty, maintenance must have been in that room and did not let anyone know it needed to be cleaned prior to giving/selling it to a guest. When I went to the front desk to advise I found my toilet had urine stains on the seat, the front desk lady was horrified!! She told me she was a supervisor in housekeeping and apologized profusely! She was incredibly accommodating and helped get us in to another room on a night that was incredibly busy for the hotel!! I wish I had her name, because she truly is an asset to your staff...........

The hosts are always very kind and accommodating, and the shuttle drivers hard working and very personable (shout out to Theresa!). The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and they have all the amenities you need for an overnight stay. Curtains are very good at blocking out light if you need to go to bed early or sleep in due to flight schedule. I always have a good stay here!
