Awesome Hotel. Me and my little dog were greeted with smiles the whole time and the room was clean. We had no problems our whole stay. They have a nice small backyard you can walk your animals and it is nicely decorated. Very good atmosphere.

Staff were great, friendly, fast check in. Place/room/pool was clean, room smelled freshly cleaned, pool had a high strong smell of chlorine, more than usual which was uncomfortable we didn't stay long. Reason for the 3 stars is this is a BW Plus and it needs some big renovations for the price point. Everything is outdated, there were tears on the bed frame, the a/c unit never cooled the room, the bathroom was terribly compact couldn't close the bathroom door without cramming yourself in a corner. It took force to close and open the door.

Clean, comfortable room at a reasonable price. And an Indoor pool, my grandson loved it! And their breakfast, both hot & cold, is probably the best we've found at a hotel. I can't find anything negative to say!

Positive: Room did not smell of cleaning chemicals. Staff provided excellent service, including calling in a handyman on Sunday when water came through our bathroom ceiling from the room above. Negative: Room lacked a desk suited for computer work.
