Let me tell you about this hotel. I cannot tell you about my say and this is why they don't accept locals to the hotel but they do allow locals to make reservations to their hotel. My house burned down today I made a reservation to stay there so I can have a shower and a bed to sleep in tonight when I call to let them know I'm coming they didn't tell me that I don't get to say because I'm a local and would make no exceptions I even offered to pay a double deposit they turned me down got to get to sleep in my vehicle because it's everything else in Springfield is already booked. Having worked in the hotel system for 15 years of my life I understand the policy but you also want to take exceptions and it exception to every rule when someone comes to you with their house burnt down to the ground I would say that's a good exception to the rule especially if they're willing to pay a double deposit

RUN AND AVOID THIS PLACE. Customer service is horrible. I got there and the employee was barefoot. Back door key didnt work. No elevators either. Place looks and smells horrible. 1. No breakfast 2. Room smells like dirt and mold 3. Carpet and sheets stained and dirty 4. Fridge in room disconnected and no microwave in room either 5. The bed? Not sure if it was even a bed 6. Dirty bathroom ( i was afraid to shower) I Felt like I was in a scary movie the whole stay. At my check out the employee was rude and didnt even agree to give me my checkout receipt. I stayed here due to a cross country travel. Never again.

Not good. You're better off paying a few extra dollars to go somewhere nicer. Placed smelled like cigarette smoke. Very dingy, outdated, not maintained, and just overall very disgusting. Didn't even feel like I was sleeping in clean linens. Just ended up laying on top of all the linen on the bed.

Do not stay her . No breakfast at 8 am. Floors have dupps in the . Carpet is stained. Very disappointed in Wyndham for having this on there awards plac . They also charged 10.00 for me the wif .
