Susan Sansom took over the office of Dr Radnovich through advanced specialty care and I couldn’t be more grateful. I was worried because Dr. Radnovich was such a kind caring and thoughtful doctor. But Susan made the switch seamless. She was very kind and attentive. I could really tell that she cared about what I was going through and didn’t rush the visit. She also was able to offer me primary care as well as pain management services. Which is exactly what I wanted. A doctor that knew me and everything I was facing and trying to accomplish with my health care. She went the extra mile with addressing my specific needs , lab work, and helping me with my insurance. The office staff is amazing as well. A special thanks to nance , issabelle, crystal. They all are so nice and welcoming and do not rush you. They always pick up the phone when you call. Dr. Gregerson and his team were great throughout my myosure procedure, it was so fast and easy! My biopsy came back early, Dr. Gregerson took the time to call me same day to discuss my results rather than having me wait until my upcoming appointment 3 days away.
