Decent place to work. Management was pretty flexible with my living arrangements and scheduling. Even though i was terminated basically because my ride to work was late. Another coworker. Also worked 6 hours of overtime the same week.

The training was horrible they taught you nothing basically and expected you to figure it out on the job, in the training videos they try to brainwash you into loving the company by showing you videos of the companies history, and how amazing the ceo is for starting it. Just to send you to the lions den when you take your first call. Then after being with them for almost 2 years in the middle of covid they closed down I wonder why😂

They need team leads who do there job & are there to work instead of self righteous clucking henhouse. If your under 25 you can move up the food chain. If not, don't bother working at Romper Room
