I ordered two bathing suits and shipping was well outside the promised time frame. I ended up missing out on having them for my vacation! Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful every step of the way. Would not recommend.

Ordered on 10/19 was shipped on 10/20 was told my order would ve delivered 10/24-10/26 i have yet to receive it as well as being sent a broken tracking link and the run around from customer service. I will NEVER buy from here again. For reference the package was supposedly shipped from NYC i live in NJ should not take weeks to get.

Horrible returns and customer service. I used their label and mailed my return on Aug 20. On Oct 30 I get an email that my items weren’t returned so I was charged for them. I called customer service, and I’m told that the receiving department took too long to process the return, so their system bills me for it. Even though they confirmed that they do have the items. I will not shop here again. It is unacceptable to bill a customer for a companies poor return department. And I should not have to ask for a refund when I shouldn’t have been billed in the first place. Most of the items I have received are also cheap fabric that don’t last long at all. Will not buy from here again.
