Ever since PLP/Talavera took over ownership of this community it's been great seeing all the improvements going on. I put in a maintenance request and it was answered in a very quick response by the wonderful office and maintenance team. Alissa in the office is so pleasant and kind to talk to, she's been fantastic! I've lived in the community for a while now with up to now barely any management on site with the previous owners. This new company has been here such a short time with already huge improvements. I can't wait to see how the improvements continue. So So very happy to have PLP/Talavera on site to help renovations on our apartment community!!! Welcome 🤗
