TownPlace and nearly every other Hotel in town was full last night at 10 p.m. when we pulled in, exhausted from the first half of our cross-country trip. They were spectacular in letting me know other quality hotels, even though they were out-of-chain, that had vacancy from their calls around the industry through the day. Thank you for being good to us -- we'll be back, for sure!

Absolutely no complaints. Nice suite. Good service. A domestic situation occurred between estranged parents and kids. Had nothing to do with the hotel, but the staff remained calm and professional while law enforcement responded. Parking is just barely enough when most rooms are booked. Overnight security provided in parking area.

Surprisingly nice. Rooms seemed to be recently remodeled, everything was clean and well-lit, the breakfast selection was decent. Coffee was available in the lobby all day. The pool area was clean and well stocked although the pool room is badly designed so that any noise echoes around so much it almost deafens you. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and they offered a variety of kitchen appliance you could borrow and use in your kitchenette, like a rice cooker, blender, etc.

Clean hotel overall, really nice service. Front staff was very nice and Geoff working the breakfast was lovely. The 2 bedroom option is great.
