First, the room smelled like moth balls, and there was pet/human hair everywhere, as well as dusty. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Bed was squeaky. Some outlets didn't work. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned. The floors were sticky as well. Lady at the front desk was very rude to not only me & my fiance, but also to people rooming next to us. Also, the guy that we had talked to on the phone was very rude as well. They also, wanted to charge us a $100 deposit, despite our room being completely paid for already. In which we were never told about a deposit prior to booking. I'd never stay here again. I'd never recommend it, either. It's not hard to be kind. To have human compassion. It cost nothing to do that. If you hate your job, go do something else. Let them hire people that CARE about strangers just trying to pass through till they can get home.

The desk lady was very friendly. I personally liked the bed they were comfortable. The bathroom floor was a bit messed up but not horribly messed up.They were really the only hotel nearby that was, in my family's opinion, reasonabley prices and pet friendly. I recommend it for a quick stay for traveling, especially if traveling with pets

Stay as far away as possible from this place. Our toilet and shower were clogged, Discussed this with owner as we were checking out and he offered to discount room. A week later I called because no discount or any attempt was made. He agreed to 50% discount and he would text me to confirm. I told him if I donβt hear from him by end of day I would just file a complaint with corporate. He became belligerent and hostile and threatened me as soon as I mentioned corporate. Disgusting, unprofessional and had the charge disputed immediately. Obviously this owner has had issues with corporate before or why would he get so hostile. Just awful. Also, did not have continental breakfast like promised just coffee and when we said something he said coffee is only requirement for it to be advertised as continental. OWNER IS CHEAP UNPROFESSIONAL AND A LOW LIFE!

It was my first time staying in a Red Roof Inn. I was traveling for business. We had 2 rooms. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Our room was very clean. The only issue was the toilet was leaking water. We noticed it 5 min from entering our room. I quickly told the front desk. The owner jumped right on fixing the situation. I was pleased at the care and attention of this hotel owner. Thank you for such a great 4 day stay! π The lobby had a pc and printer available, it was perfect for work. I felt safe staying here well lit parking lot There's a Waffle house directly across the street and a few gas stations. I recommend this particular Red Roof Inn..stay with people who care about thier client's stay. I'll definitely book rooms here again. Thank u!!

I didn't see any large parking areas. But the hotel is very clean and comfortable to stay in. I'd stay there again. I slept like a baby.
