Place was good. Customer service gave me kind of weird vibe. I won’t necessarily call him bad but more bossy. I am surprised they don’t carry toothpaste as well. I generally carry with me but few times I have forgotten hotel has always provided that. He responded as if I was asking for something big.

I stayed here for a month because of work. The room was very spacious and nice. I enjoyed having a separate space to sit and relax, a space to work, and then the bed area. I only asked for full room service once a week. I don't really like people coming in and out too often. My only complaint of the entire place was that when I asked for clean sheets I didn't always get them. Other than that, I had a good experience! The man who runs the breakfast in the morning is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He was so friendly and helpful! He always offered to wrap my breakfast sandwich up for me because he knew I was always on a tight schedule. He is definitely the shining star of this place!

Awesome place! My wife and I were travel back home and decided to stop off and stay at this location. We were very happy with this place. The staff was incredible; very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The room was impressively clean and very large. The quality of these rooms are top notch. The location isn't the best, kind of tucked back away from everything, but it was nice that it wasn't right on the road. I would recommend this place to everyone looking to stay in the Springfield, Missouri for a short and/or long stay. Awesome property!

Consistent, clean, well staffed. Three things that are difficult to find in a hotel, post COVID. Breakfast was what's expected, complete with waffles, omelettes, juice, coffee, etc. Fitness room is plenty for a quick travel workout, pool is clean, and lobby is quiet. Highly recommend!
