Our 2 recent stays have found towels and toilet paper lacking in the rooms. Service to solve any room deficiencies is not possible as manager will not let desk employee provide any service (only employee on property). After check-in they have your money and you are on your own for the night. No alarm clock. Good luck.

We typically stay at Hamptons as the beds are always comfortable and the rooms are clean and sanitized. Staff is usually friendly and this location demonstrated service and friendliness to a new level. This was the first Hampton where the breakfast staff asked if they could get you a coffee, juice or milk while you were getting your breakfast selections. Not only that, they watched when people finished and asked if they could dispose of the plates, plastic ware and cups. This was a first for us.

We stayed for a single night as a little getaway for our family. We stayed in the 2 Queens Studio- had 2 Queen beds and a sleeper sofa. Our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 teenagers) fit comfortably in the room, plenty of space. The bathroom was much larger than expected, there was a kitchenette available with plenty of space to store our snacks and cold items. The beds were super comfortable, 2 teenage girls on the sleeper sofa who even said it was comfortable! Will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!

Recently stayed at this hotel and had the worst experience from any of the Hilton’s group. We arrived late with two young babies and the staff was very unprofessional as we book thru a third party website. They were apparently no more rooms available with our comp but magically a room was available if we purchased it at double the price thru them. The front desk personnel was clueless in operating the computer and the manager so an opportunity for more profits. Disgusting attitude when it’s late and 25F outside with kids. Families, be careful when going there, make sure you check in early or you will have surprises. The rooms were however comfortable and clean, nothing wrong in that regards.
