I will add to this, but currently I wanted to share what I walked into and what I've been dealing with since day one. Cockroaches everywhere. To all the paid reviews the exterminator was in again today and slipped up by saying that he had other apts in the complex to spray first then he'll spray my apt.

Worst experience ever. Lady in the office named "Jesse" told me it would be easy to apply. I applied and paid $375. She told me the $300 was refundable but DIDNT TELL ME IT WOULD TAKE 45 DAYS TO PROCESS MY CHECK AMD GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!! I should of read all pf the reviews online.... They NEVER answer the phone amd Jesse will literally hang up in your face.... She's very rude and unprofessional!!!!!!! I hate I had to deal with her on a Monday morning.... Hopefully her ma.ager or team will cheer her up cause it sounds like she's stressed out due to work

The whole team here is EXCELLENT! They made my move-in experience simple. You can tell the team takes pride in the complex. They keep the public spaces immaculate and keep everything inside the apartments in great state of repair. Looking forward to a long relationship with them.

I have lived here for 3 years. I like my apartment and the fact that its bug free. However trying to reach someone in the office or get them to reply to an email is another story. I have left multiple voicemails and emails and hardly ever get a response back. Also the parking for residents and visitor's is just ridiculous. If you have a problem with the parking they expect you to take it in your own hands and call the towing company. There are abandon cars that I have informed the office about and they don’t do anything about it. They just respond with have you called the towing company. It seems they push all property responsibility onto the tenant and the office doesn’t do anything about it. Maintenance on the other hand he is a wonderful guy and is always on it to fix anything that we need promptly and always follows up. The office staff really needs to improve. Other than that its a great community.
