Full spectrum means it has all or most of the cannabinoids that are found in the cannabis plant. CBD, THC, CBG, and CBN are cannabinoids. The more cannabinoids you have the better cbd will work for you. That is why you want a full spectrum oil. Hemp oil is just a broad term meaning any oil extracted from the hemp plant. It does not mean anything good or had. A full spectrum oil is technically a hemp oil and hemp seed oil is too. You do not want just a hemp seed oil. You always want to make sure your cbd oil has lab work that show a full cannabinoid profile. CBD promotes homeostasis which is the balancing of the body's regulatory system so any quality cbd product will target pain, stress, and sleep.

There's no research on pelvic congestion syndrome and CBD specifically. With that said, a sublingual tincture would give you the best chances of relief. Understand that there will never be any “high” feeling since CBD does not have psychoactive properties. Some people may experience light drowsiness, however.
