The entire staff was very pleasant with excellent customer service. I just love Dr Bircoll. He is so personable. I recommend everyone that needs an Orthopedic to see him. I’ve never been disappointed at a visit. They get you back to the exam room in a timely manner which really matters because my time is important as well !!!!!

Called with an urgent matter right after opening time. Was told to come in now, and that they will squeeze me in. Arrived checked in, only sat for 10 minutes. Was visited by the assistant to access the matter, x-ray taken shortly after, Dr. Visited afterwards. I'd received good news, and I'm very pleased of the 38 minute visit which was a last minute non appt. Dr. Traub and Debbie Rocks.
