Seems as if they work with the non custodial parent and they don’t require them to pay. 18k behind no license suspension no arrest and no payments. Not understanding what they do everyday

Call and report these places to the governor's office. Enough people don't complain to the right place to get stuff done.
I think so, you need to call because in office is closed to the public.
Ga. ChildSupport system suck....Most of the Men get away with out paying anything. An the Men that do pay on ChildSupport hound them...When he misses monthly payments, thoses payments, only turn into 25 dollars extra monthly payments, which you will never see...Some men pay whatever to get there drivers licenses back, an continue to skip monthly payments, an it's a whole 3months to process again to take the license..120 days too process any action done with child support...It's a waste of time...If your child received Medicaid, kiss your Arrears goodbye...A WASTE...An the Men who had their stimlus check taken, for non childsupport, payments...The politicians are lining there pockets with, that. But your Arrears is being deducted, No payments for you...SMH A WASTE OF TIME
In my opinion. It seems like this place is against all fathers, and for all mothers
Will do thank u.
Yes, you have to file in person for child support.

If he is active why are you putting him on child support... either way, you must go to the department of human resources and apply. It is important to have his correct information. Also applying for food stamps or medicaid can start a child support case
Are you trying to close the case?
I agree and yes they can be rude, especially to the non-custodial parents like myself. Sadly there's nothing that will be done about this because at the end of the day it's about money for both the children as well as the court system.
Keep EVERY receipt and a paper trail. You'll maybe have to go to court about it. But go to the child support office first.
Excellent question as I'm interested to know the answer as well.
Report to your local office and ask someone to review your case and provide proof of payments.
The father's contact information, a good address to have him served, divorce decree, separation notice or marriage license, birth certificate of child(ren) signed by father or not or legitimation paperwork, DNA results if test already taken. Father's social security number, income information both parties, day care info if applicable or any monies spent on kid(s). I think that about covers it.
That division is so inconsistent, probably won't get anyone in the phone, I suggest to just stop by if you can to know for sure is my suggestion.
On Monday and Tuesday you can go in and make payments on the kiosk machine if you was trying to make a child support payment
