Chen was so kind and patient. I was in a true crisis and she helped me to stay calm and to take the steps necessary to protect myself and my loved ones. What happens next, time will tell, but Chen did her part. Thank you.

I told them I'm on SSI and she completely shut down any hope at finding a safe place. She then tells me to move to the middle of nowhere with no transportation and just sit there and start over. How am I going to anything in a city I don't know anyone with no bus or car to get around. She had it out for me before she picked up the phone. Still being abused and I know he's eventually going to kill me.

This place is not a safe place. Be careful and watch your back. They pick and choose who they want to help and they are very messy . Ms Barbara is EVIL she puts on a front like she cares but this lady can be very nasty and nasty. She helped the ones with no job get housing and i door dashed and got me a job cus im not looking for a hand out but housing would have been good for me and my child . They acted very strange towards me which lead me to leave to end back up in the same situation i was in prior coming there. Please be carefull with this place and choose your friends wisely and please dont tell none of your staff none of your buisness .

This used to be a safe place to go for help but when it is two women having a feud, it is one sided and favoritism is shown to whomever seems better and who files paperwork first
