Long waits for appointments, but the service and quality of care have been great!

I also have the same results as far as trying to schedule an appointment. I’ve been calling for a week and no luck. It just rings until it hangs up by itself. I am really nice speaking to anyone but this is so frustrating, considering my tooth is in so much pain. I wish I could report this popular issue to someone

Ok so everyone is right, they DO NOT answer the phones :( but that’s literally the only downfall. The service was fast and EXCEPTIONAL from Mirna at the front desk to my dental assistant Hetal Darji. I came in today as a walk in emergency because a tooth on my bridge broke off and I was in pain when trying to eat and worst of all looked crazy missing a front tooth. Mirna helped get me seen quickly by Hetal & the dentist she assists. At first they were skeptical if the tooth could be patched back in as a temporary fix until I can get a scheduled appt but Hetal did it effortlessly! Took her 10 min! She was great and super friendly. This woman genuinely cares about veterans bc she went above and beyond. The whole staff seemed really nice and I would certainly come back for services. They should really get someone on those phones though bc everyone is not fortunate enough to spend gas or money just to come schedule an appt for a later day so I can understand the frustration. I was desperate so I drove without knowing if they could or would even see me.

If I could leave 0 star I will. This was the most Frustrating experience I’ve ever had. Called 100 times no one answered. I driven there saw the three front desk ladies were sitting there talking and chilling. Tried to make an appointment, the front desk lady was so inpatient and told me they can schedule me 8 months later! 8 months!

Loose tooth emergency extraction is walk in, and usually took a few hours to be seen. Scheduling an appointment is a long wait. On February 8th, I made an appointment to see my dentist, and I will be keeping it on May 1st, the earliest that was available. Schedule early and often is my advice.
