I had a couple unforeseen issues come up and the manager Jennifer, was kind enough to work with me when she didn't have to, that meant a lot. my neighbors are awesome, they water my flower bed at night because they know i work a lot. the maintenance guys are really awesome too. I live alone and come home late at night and I feel totally safe. and the convenience of working very close and having my best friends back yard on the other side of the fence is great too.

I have not had hot water for a shower in 4 days Management sent text that it's being worked on still no hot water. Bathroom sink stopped up reported twice, smoke detector chirping fixed, still chirping, reported after fix reported again still not fixed. I have been there less then a month, bad decision on my part moving in.

First let me start. (The bad)Not a nice place 2 live. the grounds are nasty, Ugly place, rude people (neighbors), bed bugs, unknown people selling stuff in the apt grounds (no idea why they allow it), loud music, no security what so ever. (The good) the maintainance guy is fast and nice he fixed a lot things 4 me, the office people answer the phone, ONLY if you are a very tolerable person then you can live here. The apartments are kind light brown-ish. Not the red ones in the street view.
