6 months into our year lease and our AC has never worked, 3 separate roof leaks, HUGE roach infestation, 4 power outlets don't work, our balcony isn't secured to the side of the building so my kids can't go on the balconies, 2 weeks ago they came to look at the AC when it was 28 outside. They broke the heater and didn't fix the AC. The washing machines have been broken for over a month. They lost our lease and wanted us to sign a new one 5 months into our lease. Call the office in Jersey all you want, they don't care, hell they won't even answer or return calls to their "emergency" line. Here's some pictures of the roof that's been leaking for over a year and a half. Look closely and you can see the water pouring in. Well Fort Worth Code enforcement took one look at my unit and shut it down. They take such poor care for their units that they are being legally listed as uninhabitable by the government. So if you move into this slum first you're a fool and second you better get cozy with code enforcement if you want ANYTHING done. Oh picture 5 of this review is of the air intake for the AC/heater. As you can very easily see, black mold and water damage in the intake. Which means that is being blown all around the whole apartment for my children to breath. Clearly a biohazard, and Code Enforcement agrees.

Not a good place to live. Nobody answers the emergency phone, it goes to voice mail.if I could give no stars I would.New owners same b.s. and now they have your vehicles towed off just for backing it in the parking spot. And if you keep complaining about nothing getting done the manager threatens you too Not renew your lease.

Not very clean apartments , The rent here is very high for 2 bed room they want the amount for an 3 bedroom. The inside of the apartment its not well fixed, things are not how their suppose to be. its broken things that need replacing they do not like fixing anything here. I will not recommend anyone to move there. others that I've talk to that live here are paying a different amount for the 2 bed rooms. They are bedbug infested an well as roach infested. The walls are spelunking in from it raining causing the walls to soften in make mildew. Definitely will not recommend these apartments to anymore.
