This motel is Excellent in Service , staff is wonderful and helpful and are about Customer Service being important and accurate and always ready to serve us on all our needs . It's had a beautiful makeover. The pool is beautifully gated and surrounded with trees , which make a beautiful home for birds lol . The grounds are Clean , the ice machine , Always full of ice . The laundry room is clean and air conditioned. It's a safe place to have an extended stay or short stay . I wake up with the birds chirping, just like back home . It's fridge and microwave are like brand new and always have hot water . It's earned 5 Stars in Excellence as I am concerned.

Service was terrible, prepay and save is a joke. The guy had no clue what he was doing and told me that I had no reservation. Then he found it once I showed him the confirmation. Room was ok as far as cleanliness goes but the pillow were non existent. No breakfast either. But the real kicker is at 5am a lady who works there let a man into my room. Luckily I had the security bar in place. When I asked why she was letting him in my room she told me that never happened. Spend the extra money and go to a better place.

Not bad if you're looking for a cheap "no-frills" place to stay. Any by "no-frills" I mean there are no cups in the room. Only one used kleenex between the bed and bedside table. AC/heat workes. Parking lot lights a very bright, and the curtains don't block the light out very well. I've stayed there twice and both times I'm pretty sure there was a bowling tournament or river dance auditions in the room above me.

I booked a room using my wyndam rewards + cash, smoking/1 king for a lesser price. I was given a double smoking that didn't have any amenities and the floor and linens obviously hadn't been cleaned or changed. There was only one outlet, no clock, no phone, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, half q roll of toilet paper, no conditioner only shampoos. Alzo, The bed spreads were dirty and had burn holes.Being a Wyndam Rewards Customer and earning perks, this poolside room not up to gold or platinum member standards and if I should ever book another night, I hope that my complaints and request doesn't go ignored
