Customer service is terrible, i booked a stay for 3 days 2 nights, upon check in management was rude and disrespectful towards me and my service dog. I was in the room a total of 4 hours, and in that time found 3 large roaches, a used tampon, and dirty towels hung in the bathroom. I checked out the same day and have yet to recieve a refund, the owner and employees seem keen on keeping every last cent from me. Dont book here waste of time. Edit: 2 days later the hotel and management have denied my refund twice now, despite the photo proof I have. This is now being pushed up to best western's corporate offices.

Absolutely no complaints! Rick and a new employee were very pleasant , informative during check in. Pool was great to cool off in. Quiet atmosphere. Wonderful place to spend your time away from home.

This is the worst hotel I think I have ever visited. The staff was rude we had to pay extra for kids. I will never come back. One guy was checking us in and then another one came from the back wanting to know about my daughter we had a double bed room that means four to a room they made us pay any additional 15 dollars for my child. Customer service sucks

Absolutely horrible, don't waste your money. Dirty sheets, hair on the towels, homeless people wondering around, abandoned cars in the parking lot and very rude staff, very disrespectful and not helpful. The worst Best Western I've ever stayed at.
