Staff is very friendly an accomadating. My compliant is room had one package of regular coffee. Only two wash clothes were in the room. Plenty of towels, but 2 wash clothes, which my wife claimed. Breakfast was great. Overall the hotel is clean, maybe a little dated. Great experience overall.

Breakfast and the omelet bar were delicious. Nice big living room in the suite. Older small bathroom, but older rooms also mean larger living room! Fantastic staff, friendly, courteous and on top of everything. Indoor pool and hot tub also on premises, along with evening reception and fitness center. Can't beat the location midway between the Square and the Convention Center. Easy walking everywhere an dlots of great restaurants downtown.

Great stay, great location! Downtown Ft Worth has so much to offer and this hotel is in the middle of it. The hotel is less than 2 blocks from Sundance square which was active late into the evening. Ft Worth downtown feels safe and inviting any time of the day. We had some great meals next to the square but did not have time to enjoy the shops. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is valet unless you self park in one of the garages within a block of the hotel but you will still pay a fee. Our room was clean and spacious with great views of downtown. Breakfast is included and had a very good selection including made to order eggs, omelets and pancakes. It also included a buffet style of hot foods and a good selection of fruit, oatmeal, cold cereals, sausage, eggs and more. Full beverage service. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was very spacious. Breakfast is great. Hotel must be older. No atrium/court like other embassy's. Dining choices are limited. Room service is only Fri and sat. Kids had fun at pool and exercise area. Stockyards are only 3 miles. A must see. We loved it. Tucker at the check-in was awesome! Valet service was nice
