There are some kids from a school here and they have no regard for other guest. Hotel employees have not done anything to get them to tone it down some after numerous complaints. Won't be staying here on any of my business trips.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. And the gentleman working the front desk(Orlando) has exceeded my expectations. The integrity and hospitality from this individual has gone a long way. Running into problems he stayed very composed and executed his solutions to those problems. If this individual us not given more responsibilities within the company... It is doing the brand a tremendous disservice.

Nice room. It looked recently updated. The hot breakfast buffet was pretty good for being a free hotel breakfast. I especially like that there was cheese omelettes instead of plain, bluh, scrambled eggs. My husband and I agreed it was a pleasant overnight experience.
