Hotel was fine- nothing amazing. Stayed there 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive my deposit back. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited 10 working business days (not including President's Day) and still nothing. The hotel is IMPOSSIBLE to contact. I've called already 12 times. Seems like no one works the front desk. 3 stars for the room. 0 for the service.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary trip. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I asked them to help me surprise my wife by having the flowers I had delivered put in our room. They gladly and enthusiastically agreed. We will stay here again the next time we are in the area.

The room stinks. I had my elderly grandfather with me and was notified after payment elevator didn’t work. His room was on second floor and they would not switch him. There are stains on the comforter and our hallway smells like an ashtray, we are non smoking. We also had a room on the third floor and got up there to find our room keys provided didn’t work. So we had to run all the way back down and up again. Very dissatisfied

Easy access and easy to notice location from normal traffic. Front desk was exceptionally warm and welcoming, not just upon check in, but all around the clock. My room was spacious and clean, fresh linens on the bed, TV and WiFi in great order. The view was not great, but everything else here was top notch! Absolutely loved my stay here! The pool was very nice, my children and I really enjoyed it! The hot tub looked nice but didn't get a chance to go in that. The breakfast was very good, they had an excellent variety and the breakfast staff were super friendly!
