Took 30 minutes to make one sandwich and one latte. Wasn’t even busy.

Slow AF! I’d rather pay the $5 for the coffee someplace else than waste 45 minutes of my life. Don’t bother!

I am still shocked because of the quality of service in this cafe. I came here to withdraw cash in quantity higher than the allowed limit. I was prepared to run to a few ATMs from different banks around the city, because it was 7:40 pm and the branches were closed. But the Capital One cafe was open and a nice representative helped me: she called the call center and had my withdrawal limit increased, made sure that I was talking over the phone in a quiet environment, helped me with the ATM, provided envelopes, space to count the banknotes, and a free drink. The representative answered all my questions and gave us 2 coffee cards for a free drink next time we will visit the cafe. I was confused because of the top-notch service so I didn't even ask for this person's name but the representative has amazing black and pink lashes. I hope the management will be able to identify and reward this employee, she is a gem. Thank you! Important info: The highest possible withdrawal limit through the call center is $10,000 per day, the call center closes at 8 pm, and you need an id and the debit card to make a withdrawal.

If customer service was a college class, Capital One would receive a failing grade and be expelled from the University. I drove an hour and a half round-trip to this location to get some answers that I was not getting from the corporate customer service line. Instead, Angelica called the corporate line and I was fed the same lines of BS as to why they take up to a month to apply credit card payments through their own app. “We have the right to.” “It’s for your protection.” When I asked how I was being served as the customer, once again, I could not get a straight answer. While I understand that wasn’t Angelica‘s fault and she certainly did the best she could with the resources she had, it was made clear that Capital One looks out for Capital One and no one else. They even had the audacity to ask me to open a Capital One bank account. (I have credit cards and they take forever to apply payments.). If you can’t handle my money in a professional manner in a credit card account, why should I trust you with more of my money? Oh yeah, I shouldn’t. No one should!

Sort of, but not really. They have customer service representatives who are great and ATM, but not a full service branch.
