BROKEN ELEVATOR!!!! I have been living here for 3 months. One elevator (the one closest to my apartment) was down for more than half of the time. I have to go all the way to the other side of the building to use another elevator every day. This is soooo annoying. I can’t believe I am paying almost $4000/month for 1b1b.

Very bad experience. The unit is not clean enough (both kitchen and restroom) and the appliances didn’t work when moving in. The unit is damp and has a strange smell.

Very horrible experience. Parking structures are a mess and the management does not reply actively.Construction seems to have been going forever causing lots of noise and dust.

Great from the outside, poor from the inside. The soundproofing is incredibly bad - you know where your neighbors upstairs or even two floors above where they are, both in hard wood floors and carpet. I hear street noises from the vent in the restroom all the time, even if the windows and everything are closed. The leasing office did not do anything or even initiate an investigation for me. Not a pleseat experience as we expected. UPDATE (Aug/2022): ridiculous new neighbor playing heavy bass music even at 10 AM (also anytime in the day) and i can feel my body vibrating with the music. Called the leasing office and they said "can't feel the vibration after checking out", unbelievable. I can hear people talking and playing music standing in front of their unit, which is fine, but as a neighbor sharing a wall, the vibration is really disturbing and i really urge the management office to send out an email or at least advice all the residents that try not to put speakers against the wall. I cant believe i'm paying over $3.5k for this.
