Positive: The staff was great and the breakfast was amazing. Negative: We stayed in this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and it was closed. The room was clean, however you could tell that things had been 'fixed' and it was very obvious that it was not actually fixed the correct way. Mildew/mold in bathroom.

This was the worst stay at Hilton I’ve ever had. We booked two rooms and BOTH rooms were dirty with left over bowls and spills on the floor. The manager “Jay” has been the rudest person I’ve ever dealt and spoken with, he assured us of a room change that didn’t happen until 2 nights after we checked in. There were water bugs in the room we stayed in and Jay had to remove it himself and still refused to refund or comp any of the nights we had and never tried to make it right once. It’ll be hit or miss with this hotel, hopefully you don’t have to interact with Jay.

Positive: Room was nice, bed & shower were great!!! Location is very good too. Negative: Upon arrival, I was awake for 36 straight hours. I was ready to pass out. I arrived before the official check-in time & the front desk made me wait 45 long minutes to get my room. I requested a wake-up call that never came too. Glad I didn't miss flig

I spent a few nights here with a couple coworkers and their two lovely service dogs. We moved to a different room after 4 nights due to a plumbing issue. The following morning, my coworker went to the front desk and the manager on duty told her that we had to leave. He said that he didn't believe her dogs were service dogs and tried to charge her a $250 cleaning fee for the second room we had booked, stating that there was dog hair all over the room (problem is, her dogs never entered that second room!) When she asked him to provide proof from the cameras that her dogs had been in that second room (which they had not), he refused to provide her with any camera footage and continued to be very rude about the dogs even after my coworker retrieved her dogs' service registration paperwork. We ended up leaving but needless to say I will not be returning.

No, I think the remodel is complete. Our last visit we noticed new carpet on 1st floor.
