Yes you need a have a fishing registry - we issue them here everyday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We issue them 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
It depends on what you're fishing for and where you fishing at if you're fishing around where you might catch a blue fish or shark with teeth uses still leader I usually use a 6 or 7 hook for striped bass and Bluefish monofilament leader for striped bass and still leaving for blue same size hook
