The room was nice and clean especially the bathroom. I felt comfortable there and slept great. The beds were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great and very convienent for a traveling family. I would definitely stay there again and will recommend this hotel to others!

When we checked in, there was no concierge at the desk for approx 15 minutes. Waiting with three hungry, tired children was upsetting, especially after a 12h drive from Florida. The bathtub and toilet had hair left (GROSS) and there was a dirty towel left hanging on the hook. The soap in the shower was empty. The fridge was also dirty. The linens had an odour (a “puke” odour according to my son). For the price of this hotel, I would expect far more. If I wanted questionable cleanliness and potential bugs, I would have stayed at a cheap motel for $39. I am disgusted and will not be staying at this hotel or any other HIX again.

We stay at IHG properties exclusively. We've come to expect a certain level of customer service when we use Holiday Inn hotels. This hotel did not even come close to this expectation. There was a sign saying renovation was taking place, that's fine. However, the room was dirty and unkept. There was a film of dirt covering the bathroom mirror and a used bar of soap still in the soap dish. It felt like we were staying in someone else's room that was currently being used. We were traveling with other family members who had stopped for something to eat several exits behind us. We called them and suggested that they find other accommodations for the night, which they did. The manager was not available to talk to us but we were told that we would receive a call when he/she returned to the hotel. We are still waiting for the manager to contact us about our concerns - 6 days later.

Great night's stay. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean. Shower was awesome! Staff was nice. Breakfast was hot (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc.).
