Positive: Updated, clean, has a pool and hot tub, decent breakfast. Negative: One of the pieces that holds the toilet seat to the toilet was broken. It was 10pm by the time we noticed, so we just decided to be careful when sitting down. The pool and the hot tub were so full that water splashed out and got the floor wet/slippery

I highly recommend this hotel for the price point. Easy drive into Downtown Knoxville. Executive Suite with king bed was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Top marks!

The rooms were clean. I felt very safe staying there. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was enduring a stressful situation, having lost all electricity, in my house. Despite that, I felt like I was given a much needed peaceful get away, and I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

From start to finish, this is a great place to stay. Clean rooms, good amenities including a pool and hot tub, and friendly staff. During my stay everything was on point and good.
