This cab service would be better if they had better customer service. They don't greet you or smile. They don't ask your location to give to the cab driver they request for you so you really don't know how much they will charge you for your ride. The last time I used this cab service, the cab driver had to contact the base for a price to give me which took about 20 minutes to find out!
