For a weekend the wait to be helped wasn't long. It was about a 45 minute wait, I was asked for my phone number and I received a text when the attendant was almost ready for me. The store is a stones throw away from Central Park so you can easily take a small stroll. The salesperson was very helpful in helping me get exactly what I needed,showed me plenty of options and after the purchase, gave me cleaning instructions and what to do if the product were to ever be damaged. Great experience.

If you walk in, they're going to take your name and number. I first text will let you know you're on the list. The second text is to let you know there's an agent available to assist you. Which takes 15 to 20 minutes after the first text. I would say make an appointment but either way is cool
