A hidden gem (couldn’t resist the pun). After a few wrong turns, I finally found the shop hidden away on the mezzanine floor. I took a chance based on reviews for sizing and cleaning of my my mother’s bracelet. She passed away and I did not want to leave her bracelet with just anyone. The bracelet (purchased and engraved in 1971) was perfectly sized and was sparkling when I received it. The service was also fantastic. I am absolutely pleased with the entire experience!
