Horrible place, don’t send your love ones here!!!It’s windy and cold out and this hospital just transported my Mom home. The transporters couldn’t even lift her to her bed and she even had to be in the cold with her shoulder exposed. They both have perfect beautiful two inch long nails and couldn’t lift her without my help. I was so afraid that they might drop my bedridden Mom climbing the stairs. Why??? What in the world are they thinking? Why would they expose their patients to this unnecessary dangers!!!! Also, they do not allow visitors or family to stay in the emergency room with the patients and we waited over 3 hours to try to speak with the emergency doctor and nurse about her special needs. At the end, the doctor and nurse do care and do a great job but getting to the right people took lots of effeorts. The number that they gave you to reach to the Emergency room was disconnected multiple times while being transferred when we tried desperately to reach them. We saw many frustrated families and friends while waiting in the lobby. If I’m the owner of the this hospital I would definitely fire the CEO. Don’t go to this hospital until they solve the many problems I already see in one visit. Disastrous!!! This used to be a great hospital, it needs a better management and system!!! Very shameful!!!

Nurse Wu in the ER is nasty, rude and disrespectful.

To speak with someone. Call the NYP operator and asked to be connected with someone live from the department that you would like to reach. Additionally, Fardeen mention you can obtain documents via the website- patient portal....all the best, Omar
Sonia I'm sorry I don't have that information for you at this time. I apologize sincerely yours; Maria
O think they are visit the website and also make a resume and drop it at hr
Hello, this section is used to ask for help and support from the user community. If you want to comment on Queen NYP, please use Google Maps and make or comment there.
You have to go down to the hospital and find out if there's any openings.
This hospital (New York Presbyterian-Queens ) is open to all with or without insurance
It doesn't matter what kind of question she ask your not the one running this forum and your not the spokesperson for the hospital nor this business
I transport a disabled person so I have a parking placard that allows me to park anywhere
You should go to the web page and look in the jobs option.
Of course Stephanie this Hospital is amazing. I pray that you have a very happy and healthy new baby
Just give them a cell
And
I'm not sure but if you have medical insurance. Would help.
You would have to go to the ED
I know it takes so long when people come to the e.r it’s just that if the case is not critical I may have to wait a while. It’s not that we don’t care we just want to make sure the critical patients get seen us
No
Yea it is 24 hours
Yes depending on his condition and only for time allowed
You should try and solve any issues you have with whatever hospital you're in before discharge
Don't know what your situation is but hospitals are supposed to be for life-threatening emergencies. Urgent care is a good alternative for things that need to be taken care of but not life threatening, they can also send you to the emergency room if they determine your situation to be life threatening
I GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR!!! My husband died there a week ago, PLEASE DONT EVER GO THERE! I was constantly having to complain about things that shouldn't be an issue, the first time I saw him his eyes where almost glued shut bc they weren't washing his face n his mouth all crusty. The nurses where not doing the basics LIKE BATHING OR CLEANING HIM UP, CHANGE HIS GOWN EVERYDAY, OR MOVE HIM AROUND, MAKE SURE HE WAS COMFORTABLE. Seriously, that's nursing 1o1. Anytime I asked for something the staff acted as if I was bothering them.. I AM GRIEVING N every time I think about those things it just makes me feel worst. I should have gone with my gut instinct n taken him somewhere else!!!!! RIP my L❤VE, WE WILL MEET AGAIN. 😭💔
I'm pretty sure you can get one through your gyno and the gynos under NYP are pretty good.
O I wouldn't know but to be honest you should go to the hospital and speak to the main Desk they are very helpful and informative. Sorry about your loss
Simply calling 311 NY informs you of the ones you need
Call the main phone number and let them know you need medical appointments and would like to schedule.
Visiting hours are from 11AM to 6:30PM. Up to 2 visitors are allowed per day for a patient (only one visitor at a time at the bedside for up to 4hrs)
Not sure call there information #
Not sure about the dental department
Not sure you should call I don't work there.
Parking is ridiculous in this area...
It's best to contact billing dept. to ensure your policy (Metroplus HMO) is on par with NYP. The contact information for that office is 718-661-8950.
They may have someone on staff who can translate...
Please call the main hospital line for more information. However, medical, pocket-sized bills can be very expensive.
Please check the nyp website for employment opportunities.
It would be best if you contact the gyn department for more information. Additionally, if you have insurance you may contact your provider for details. Procedures are reimburse to hospital at specific rate based on surgery type.
You must speak with clinical team. Medical conditions are complicated; every patient has their own complexity. Hope all is well.
Please call hospital s human resources at PRESBYTERIAN Hospital.
I would recommend that you call the phone number they offer so they can give you a better answer..👍🏼
This hospital does not care. Read my review. They punctured my lung and collapsed it. And terrible things happened to me that I continued to complain about and nothing was done where i had patient services in and out of my room. They do nothing. Get them like i did, report them to the medical board. If you don't have their full names of who treated you get your entire medical records from them. I dealt with Ronnie Nunez he is very nice and he will make sure you have everything. Call their main number and hit option for medical records. I also found these drs and nurses falsify reports. Get everything. Read my review so you can see what these people do. Its disgusting and its a lawless hospital. Make copies and have the medical board send you a complaint form, don't do it online. Copy everything. Just some advice. They almost killed me there. I hope this helps.
Yes it is Lissette

Gregory I believe it's the Q65 , which you can get in Jamaica at the Bus Terminal. Feel free to ask any more questions you have.😌🙄

Usually the hospital.
Ambulance takes patients to different hospitals depending on several factors (traffic, level of care, availability of beds). You cannot always choose because they are "emergency services. Best way to guarantee that someone gets to the hospital of your choice is to take that person directly to the hospital. However, in an emergency, you should seek emergency services.
Open all night emergency. Check for appointment and visitation hours.
Dont know. Call the hospital

Busiest hours are 7am - 6pm. If you're looking for parking, street parking is your best option.
