What is wrong in that office. Told them I would never return because I didn't get my medications on time because he wrote it wrong. Even after telling them I would not be returning still calling to remind me of appointment. No wonder they got ran out of there last place. Knew Gail wouldn't put up with a staff like Wolinsky has. Thursday at 2:55 PM, it is sad Sid Wolinsky would allow his employees to switch the phones over to answering service telling everyone they are closed. Answer service stated this is not true, they do that all the time because of high volume of calls making patients think they are closed. Word will get out very soon what you did today with phones calling in. 2 Pictures attach. First picture is the Spriva arriving today in the package. Second picture, is when I open it, see it says Qty 1 of 1. They were told nearly for a year 90 day supplies required. Told it to several employee's. So I have been out of critical medication since September 2, 2022, 6 days. Called the office, note this is Thursday, they have the phone transferred stating they are currently close at 3 PM. This is a lie. Just talked to answering service, she said they are open. Update September 8, 2022, here is good example in picture being attached. Been out of Spriva inhaler since September 2, 2022, just arrived in mail today, 9-8-22 because provider and his staff who I have told several time, ChampVA requires 90 supply, provider only writes it for 30 days. When telling staff that the response is always, "we will get it changed." They do not and have not changed it after multiple calls. Will post picture of the medication just arrived today, showing only one shipped per providers prescription. Updated September 7, 2022, there attitude has changed and act like they do not care. Called today about the wound on my right leg that is now over 2 months old, is not healing. Normally the lady at front desk works you in. After talking to Jessie and put on hold, another person picks up. then they say it will be next week before they can see me. Not only this, going on nearly a year, they still can't get medication corrected. I have told them over and over, ChampVA requires 90 day supply, have 2 inhaler that are written for 30 days only. With the mail situation, I can't get it and return the refill slip and they fill it and return it sometimes does not get back to me with the turn around time. Twice this has happen with Spriva and Advair. Many people are asking why hasn't he sent you to wound care? 2 months and a wound not healed? Has changed so much since November 2021. Took almost 2 months to get x-rays after a serious injury, neither CFV or Sid would do any x-rays and pictures warranted x-rays, especially with 2 total knee replacements. He suspected me having Compression Syndrome, scaring the hell out of me how serious it could be, wanting me to go sit in the Emergency Room and wait probably all night for a test. Called Fayetteville Ortho, immediately told I didn't have Compression Syndrome. Told this kind of injury takes time to heal with the knot and swelling and bruising all over my right leg, left hip never checked. Within a couple of days, swelling gone, still some pain but in PT until end of October 2022. First few months was alright but then when your meds do not reach you in time when they were told over and over, ChampVa requires 90 day supply and he still writes 2 different inhalers for 30 days and with mail problems you are likely not to get it on time. He is the only provider and takes more patients than he can handle is what some people are saying. But what he treated the wound with is used for MRSA, I do not have MRSA, not to say a open wound I can't get it but the wound has not filled in or healed in over 2 months. Had to stop the ointment because it began burning the wound so bad. Wrapped my leg with gauze and tape, before I got to the car it slip all the way down to my ankle, so waited until I got home and wrapped it with Coban.

Horrible anytime a patient is turned down for being seen after they had surgery. Complaining about a sore throat and a hurting toe. The office manager tells me to go to urgent care. Seriously but Wolinsky Primary Care is where I'm a patient at not urgent care. No its because I'm black cus if I wasn't she a got me in. Then tried to catch an attitude. Fayetteville have the worse doctors and poor customer service throughout the whole town.
