This review is regarding the Women’s health imaging center. My wife and I had such a negative experience today. My wife was scheduled for a Nuchal translucency exam (sonogram) and cell free dna test (blood work) at 830 am. The day prior, she received an appointment confirmation for 9 am. We didn’t think much of it, since it’s only 30 minutes apart. Today, we showed up at 9 am and was prompted to check in on the kiosk. We couldn’t find out appointment and security called the floor and to our surprise, they canceled our appointment because we were a no show at 830. We tried to explained to the manager that our confirmation email states 9 am. She could care less, offered no alternatives and basically said you’re out of luck. We even said that we were willing to wait and if they could squeeze us in. They said NO. I work in healthcare and ironically at NYP. When patients run late for whatever the reason, we understand. I guess this is not the case at the Women’s health imaging center. Our doctor’s office referred us to Carnegie Hill Imaging. We were treat so professionally and they saw us the same day. The sonogram took no more than 10 minutes and the blood work took 5 mins. So basically NYP women’s imaging couldn’t squeeze us in for 15 mins. So much for their motto “stay amazing”.

Great quality facilities. Went here for a quick surgical procedure. Staff, CNAs, RNs, and Doctors are incredible. Could not have had a better experience!
