I agree the staff can be rude, I had the pleasure of an employee named Johanna Delgado, who was very helpful her altruistic attitude is amazing. She should be an example for all employees present and future employees. She should be training others how to respect and help you out, not cancelling patients and making you sicker. I would have given only a 1 Thanks again Ms Delgado

Honestly they don't care about your pregnancy and how you're or your baby's doing. My best advice, try looking for another OB/GYN

Worse facility to go to for prenatal care, the staff is slow, the doctors are slow. I sat for two hours waiting to be seen for every visit. As a pregnant woman I don’t think it’s reasonable to have me sit for two hours just to have a brief 10 minute interaction with an OBGYN. I had to change my OBGYN six months pregnant just to avoid waiting that long ever again. There is no reason why I should be early to my appointment and still have to wait two hours to be seen.
