Came here today with my grandmother for her appointment and on our way out there was this girl who was by the kiosks (black girl with a skimpy ponytail) who was very rude to my grandmother for no reason! Everyone doesn’t have great customer service & it shows! This girl was really nasty and I wish I would’ve gotten her name, she needs to be fired for talking to the elderly that way!

First time here today and was very impressed by the super clean, modern facility and the incredibly friendly staff, nurses and doctor. It was very speedy getting checked in and was seen basically immediately. (It was by far the most efficient doctor's visit I've ever had in NYC!) Very grateful this is here and thanks to Dr. Leong and staff!!

Very mixed experience here with endocrinology. I am type 1 diabetic and have frequently received no response to urgent messages for my doctor regarding insulin dosing and treatment decisions. My insulin pump had a hardware error and failure last week. I called to get dosing instructions from my doctor and no one called me back. I had to escalate to a manager to get a call back from doctor who did not check my dosing against my insulin pump settings and left me to figure it out for myself. This is very negligent. Be prepared to advocate for yourself at this practice.

Had an appointment and script from my doctor for imaging here. I attempted to check-in at the tablets but my information wasn't found so an employee wrote my name down on a post-it and handed it over to reception to put me in the system. My name went into a bigger pile of post-its as I saw about 50% of the people coming into the building also not having their appointments found and we all had to wait in the lobby, not even allowed to enter the floor where our appointments were. I waited 30 minutes for my appointment to be verified, even though I had my printed script and appointment. Frustrating to know that I had everything set up with my doctor already and yet my name was to be tossed in with the other post-it notes and the poor receptionist had to manually enter everybody for check-in. Every person who worked here was nice and didn't seem to do anything wrong - they were doing the best with this faulty check-in system. It was really upsetting to not be allowed into the building, be 40 minutes late for my imagining because of the lobby issues, then to wait again inside the imagining office.
