Not streamlined yet but obvious signs of improvement over time. Slowest lines of any dispensary I've visited in NJ however. Variety is good. Have visited and would visit again.
Giovam Pugliese
Impossible to get in and the hours of operation are absolute trash. Unless you got the whole day to spend there it's pointless to go here. Update, spent three days trying to get in and had be there a half hr before they openened to even get the opportunity to get in, quality stuff tho
Jon
Worst place ever

Takes forever to get weed here! Get ready to waist a good hour
Thanks! Your review is awaiting moderation.
GSD $60 1/8 and $120 per 1/4 aprox. The least expensive is: Compassionate Sciences in Belmawr at $100 per 1/4 and $50 per 1/8 plus a discount if you're disabled. They also have edibles which are cheaper and longer lasting. However, I made an appointment around Christmas time and it still hasn't arrived yet. I can't get my initial orientation until the 2nd week in February. If you made an appointment today, you probably wouldn't get in until April or May. Each new Dispensary requires that you endure another orientation at their facility, no matter how many orientations you've had at other Dispensaries. Also, I just bought Bubble Gum from Garden State, it was so wet and sticky that it was too strong for my taste. One thing I noticed was you could relight a bowl, 6 to 8 times, but it's really high in THC. A whole bowl knocks me out :)
Karen I go to a doc in Woodbridge. Dr Anzalone. 855 /768-3621. Good luck.
Yes then add the stuff from the vape to brownie mix once u have a good amount. If you vape your pot you can take the "burnt" stuff out put it in a pipe and smoke it again. Same thing with the brownies theres still plenty of CBD and thc that the vape doesn't burn! Hope that helps
Great Question: I had the exact same concern. I was on opioid painkillers and Xanax for many years. I was part of a study at a local hospital where medical marijuana replaced both. One thing you should know up front is that it takes 90 days to wean off of Xanax. Take your time, do it right and get a weaning schedule from your Doctor. There are serious, life threatening, side effects associated with Xanax withdrawal and it is said to be worse than opiates. I was hospitalized for a week because I didn't know better. It's been 25 months since I took a pill, at all. While marijuana does not work the same as painkillers, it does work, just differently. You'll learn what puts you to sleep vs. what makes you feel like getting stuff done. You need to have patience with it, but Yes, to answer your question: It Works!!! *Update: one year after writing this review, I still use medicinal marijuana and I still haven't used opiates. It's a beautiful thing!
I've been to 3 different dispensaries and the selection at Garden State Dispensary is top notch. Yes, it's expensive but the quality and levels of CBD and THC are one of the best.
Just show your Medicare card, nothing more and once you're in the system your status never changes. You will have to reestablish your status at each new Dispensary, but only once. I've been a member of GSD for nearly two years. My discount is automatically applied on each and every purchase
Whitney Medical Dr. Mangone. Excellent physician. 4 visits and you're on your way to apply. Garden State just dispenses doesn't give our scripts.
Can you buy for recreational use now that is it legal?
Go online and schedule your appt. That's how they are doing it. It's very easy to get an appt at garden state. You have to make it the day B4. Ive had no issue.
Yes you must possess a NJMMP card and appointments are recommend
Here's the link to the page with the info you're looking for. http://www.gardenstatedispensary.com/discounts/ Qualifying patients on Government Assistance and Veterans receive a 10% Discount Pediatric Patients (age 17 and under) receive a 50% Discount Members of the UFCW Union receive a 10% Discount (must present union card and can not be combined with other discounts.
You can buy CBD oil in stores and on line. As long as you do not need any THC. No medical pot card needed. The Fine wine and grill (old Krausers) on Bordentown Ave in South Amboy has it. Also check out the convenience stores at some gas stations. The Exxon on RT 9 south just b4 Bordentown Ave exit also has them. Google it. If this post helps please hit the Like button below. Thanx
You have to join the mmp of nj .. Their address and phone numbers.. Google medical marijuana...go to board of health..follow the links
Yes they do
An ounce is $480.00 at Garden State Dispensary. They calculate points, but you can't use them for anything. It's considerably less at other dispensaries where you get discounted prices and credit for your purchases.
It costs less than flower, about $45.00 an 1/8 depending on whether you are eligible for a discount.
Your doctor and you must be registered with the new Jersey medical marijuana program and you must have in your physical possession your issued Medical cannabis card.
You can Google it before posting a question, and wasting time. Really?!?
Not yet but I am told they ARE approved to manufacture and sell vape oils. I have been told they are preparing for that now. It'll be on The Today's Menu page of the GSD website, I'll provide the link: www.gardenstatedispensary.com/menu
Governor Murphy has made it easier to get a medical marijuana license in New Jersey. Although the News can be confusing, at this time, recreational marijuana use is not legal and cannot be purchased at any NJ dispensary.
Not necessary. No appointment just means you might have to wait till a spot opens up.
It's best to make an appointment the first visit, it saves time to make appointments every time. Go to their website for details on how it works.
How much is this dispensary's shake?
Yes. I'm under 65 and I am disabled. I am and have been entitled to the discount since I started at GSD over a year ago. We are entitled to a discount at all/any dispensary so long as you are disabled and can prove it (medicare card is enough). Tip: Your drivers license proves your age, your medicare card proves your disability, the two together will afford you every discount a Senior Citizen is entitled to anywhere that offers Senior discounts. Best of Luck!!!!
None here. The only one Dispensary with oils, creams and/or lozenges is Compassionate Sciences in Bellmawr, NJ. With access to the Internet and Google, I'm sure anyone determined enough could figure out how to repurpose those products for making edibles, for personal use, of course.
You have your letter that you receive in the beginning of the year stating what your SSDI will be plus the deductions for your Medicare coverage. That is proof enough, when applying for anything, in conjunction with your driver's license as the address and name should match.
No but they have the Magical Butter Machine, so you can make your own
My best answer is I have no clue! They won't answer a phone. I tried to call and ask for you. Im sorry but nobody answers 😔
Lol its more like wait inline for over an hour everytime!!! Appointments only for medical use!!!
Who knows with this place. Lines always long and people weird
Yes it is called adult use. Just be ready to wait in line. Been there 3 times. Twice an hour and a half on line. And once an hour and 50 minutes! But yes like 2 weeks ago finally they started recreational use or adult use weed in NJ
Not sure and you can't get anyone on the phone. When you go there are 3 selections. Flower Edibles & Carts. Got a pretty good Cart selection. A little pricey but worth it!!!
The wild things I'd do for a Reese's peanut butter cup right now 🥴
Garden state dispensaries
Latoya is correct. Best bet is to book online. They typically never answer so you leave a voicemail but they get back to you pretty quick
I have never seen Lemon Haze there. On average there are about 60 for 1/8th good luck. About the same for my regular guy.
only cash or atm card no credit cards
You do but they will take you even if you don't. Doesn't matter these days they don't have anything in inventory worth going for.
As far as I'm aware you cannot place any order online. As the other said you should call to see what strains are available. There's been plenty on times when the sites menu was wrong.
No, you need your card
Yep and you have to show it twice once at the front desk and then in back before you can buy anything you must show again
If you go onto the MMJ NJ website there is an option to add caregiver. It is a process just like you getting the card. They will tell you everything you need to do on that website. Add a caretaker option. Good luck!
I'll post the "Find a Physician" link below. Just click the link or cut and paste it into a browser. It'll take you to the Garden State Dispensary website. Scroll down, select By City and find a Doctor who specializes in your ailment: http://www.gardenstatedispensary.com/new-page-5 Best of Luck!
"Credit" cards ARE NOT accepted in NJ Medicinal Marijuana Dispensaries, yet. However, you may use a debit card at the counter but you'll be charged a fee.
Ok. Thank you guys and gals. Maybe all the states will smarten up and let all mmj cardholders get medicine in every state that has mmj
We do have neighboring states that allow outside states to purchase there. I'm pretty sure it's MA and PA. Taking into consideration that Curaleaf is already almost in PA it's not really such a stretch and you'll at least get your medicine while waiting for you NJ card. I'll l post links to the Out of State Participation Info, one for The Garden State Dispensary (GSD) 'Find A Physician' website and lastly a link to The NJ Medicinal Marijuana Program (NJMMP): Out of State: https://www.wikileaf.com/thestash/medical-marijuana-states-accept-out-of-state-licenses/ GSD Find A Physician: http://www.gardenstatedispensary.com/new-page-5 NJMMP Rules & Regs for NJ https://njmmp.nj.gov/njmmp/ Best of Luck To You!!!
You can now get CBD anywhere. CVS, Walmart, vitamin shop etc. It will also be cheaper. Just make sure it organic with no GMO in it.
In the Garden State Android App, under "Discounts" you will find: Qualifying patients on Government Assistance and Veterans receive a 10% Discount Pediatric Patients (age 17 and under) receive a 50% Discount Members of the UFCW Union receive a 10% Discount (must present union card and can not be combined with other discounts) Current Promotional Sales ALL HIGH CBD STRAINS ARE ON SALE! 30% OFF FLOWER 25% OFF SHAKE
Go to a doctor who can prescribe u medical marijuana. Then wait for the email which will tell u how to pay for ur card then u will recieve it in the mail. Once u recieve ur card u make an appointment with dispensary
Gotta find a doctor that participates in the nj medical marijuana program if you go to njmmp.org it will tell you everything you need to know
I'm not sure where "bend" is but, any NJ resident with an accepted ailment, illness or injury can apply for card. I'll post both the "Find A Physician" web page from Garden State Dispensary (GSD) as well as The New Jersey Medicinal Marijuana Program (NJMMP)... G.S.D Find A Physician: ------- http://www.gardenstatedispensary.com/new-page-5 NJMMP: ------- http://njmmp.nj.gov/ Best of Luck....
Yes... Until recreational use is legalized, all New Jersey dispensaries are for medicinal use only. It's simple enough to get your own card provided you have one or more of the ailments, illnesses or injuries listed on the New Jersey Medicinal Marijuana Program, website. I'll post a link to both the NJMMP and the find a physician page from The Garden State Dispensary website: NJMMP: https://njmmp.nj.gov/njmmp/ Find a Doctor: http://www.gardenstatedispensary.com/new-page-5 Best of Luck!
The least expensive fliwer in the statemof NJ, so far, is: Curaleaf Dispensary 640 Creek Rd. Bellmawr, NJ. They've got discounted flower all of the time. I'll post the website for you: https://curaleaf.com/stores/bd/curaleaf-nj-bellmawr-08061/ Best of Luck!
Call them to make sure
It is required to have a prescription from a certified cannabis doctors in the state of New Jersey
No CBD or THC oils yet. Garden State Dispensary "says" they'll have a lab open in Summer 2019, but this will be the 3rd time they miss the mark. First they said January 2019, then Spring 2019 and now Summer 2019. No matter what they "say" I still haven't seen it heard any construction while there... Curaleaf in Bellmawr NJ, has oils available right now as does Harmony in Secaucus NJ. Check out the Curaleaf website: https://curaleaf.com/stores/bd/curaleaf-nj-bellmawr-08061/
Yes, the card is good until midnight on the date it expires.
Here's the best answer I could find from a website that I trust: https://www.leafly.com/news/cannabis-101/cannabis-oil-concentrate-shelf-life I hope this helps...
No, and it's not because of them not wanting to, it's because of the games at the federal level. But, you can use a debit card there, or cash.
Just apply... The training takes place if you're hired. In other states you'll find Budtending Schools but we don't have them here yet..
http://www.gardenstatedispensary.com/careers
No, not legal yet and no real word on when. Things are moving along however, Garden State Dispensary will begin selling oils, creams, tinctures, vape cartridges and lozenges soon (by Summer 2019).
Not in person but you can go to the website and look at pictures. Once it becomes legal there will be tours just like in Colorado. If this post helps please hit the Like button below Thanx
There's an easy way to remember: in-di-ca = in-da-couch In-di-ca can keep you couch locked (stuck on the couch) whereas most sativas won't make you sleepy.
Recreational marijuana is not yet legal in New Jersey, but it's easy enough to get your card as long as you have an illness, injury or ailment approved by The State. I'll post the "Find A Physician" web page from The Garden State Dispensary and another for The NJ Medicinal Marijuana Program, below. Just click the link, scroll down, the page and select By City. Type in your city or zip code and search. You'll find a list of Doctors certified to prescribe medicinal marijuana. Garden State Dispensary: http://www.gardenstatedispensary.com/new-page-5 State of NJ NJMMP: https://njmmp.nj.gov/njmmp/ Best of Luck ~
Not yet, but it's simple enough to get your NJ card. Here's the "Find A Physicisian" page of The Garden State Dispensary website. http://www.gardenstatedispensary.com/new-page-5 Scroll down, Select By City, then Enter your zip code and find a Doctor that treats your ailment, illness, or injury. Best of Luck!!
Yes, when you go in, show your ID and fill out your paperwork. The staff is so well educated on their products and what product is best for your situation. There is a daily menu of their Facebook page and in the lobby on the table with pricing.
If you receive state health benefits, such as Medicaid or Medicare , and or state disability benefits
Sorry not yet . But they are fabulous in information on making your own
Weed prices will go up after it's leagal for recreational use. It's the fact that there are so few dispensaries and so many people that want it that prices are so outrageous.
If you are on a budget than I recommend either breakwater or curaleaf. Breakwater is $45 a 1/4 for shake. Curaleaf is anywhere from $55 for shake or $85 a quarter for flower I would check there daily menu on there website to make sure they have what you want at the price you can easily pay. Just remember both of them require a first time consultation. Curaleaf however allows you to walk in with no appointment and will allow you to have your consultation and buy that day. They hands down have the biggest selection of flower at amazing prices and as I type this the state is testing 8 brand in strains for them. They have been coming out with 1-2 new strains a day realizing and I loved there sour diesel. Plus they have vape starting at $45
If you mean a prescription, the answer is yes. Marijuana is available for purchase in the state of NJ but only for those who have a medicinal card, issued by the the state. Here's the link to find a Doctor in your area. Click the link and scroll down enter your zip code and search for a Doctor, in your area that specializes in your condition, illness, ailment or injury. Find A Physician: Http://www.gardenstatedispensary.com/new-page-5 NJMMP health/medicalmarijuana/phy_faqs.shtml Good Luck!!! PS.. You DO need a "subscription" of sorts as each dispensary requires that you undergo a separate orientation upon joining. If you start by using Garden State Dispensary (GSD) but want to shop at Curaleaf, you'll have to have an orientation appointment 1st, even though you have already had orientation at GSD...
You can buy only up to the amount your Doctor prescribes, in ⅛ or ¼ increments. My first Doctor prescribed 2 ounces per month for 3 months at a time. My new Dr. seems to think one ounce is more than enough for now, I can have more if I really feel I need it. Some Doctors are more serious about alternate treatments than others, It's a tossup. One thing I DID discover however, is that if you are using it in the making of edibles, the Doctor has to prescribe more because of how much more marijuana is required for edibles over smoking... Hope That Helps .. Great Question...
No 2atch the news once in while lol Murphy wants 25%-32% sales tax cap and Jeff wants a 12% plus 2% for the towns that sell it. So once agajn it is not legal cause of money. Start at the 12% and go up with the dam taxes like you do on everything every year anyways! Something is better than nothing. But no it is not legal get your card and you can smoke weed whenever you smoke a cigarette. I smoke walking my dogs! You won't be able to do that with out you medical card no matter what
Prices above seem right. You can get discounts for certain things like disabled. Harmony in SECAUCUS gives multiple discounts. Senior, disabled, vet and if it is more than 50 miles round trip. 10% for each. I think it is 60 an eight and now it includes the tax. Also if it is for someone under 18 it is 50% off. They also have a different strain on sale every day for 20%, off. If you get 4 10%discounts it only costs about that brings it to around 30.00. If they cut it to only 2 discounts than it is around 38.00. One drawback they only offer strains with med to high THC levels. No low THC/high CBS yet. They also have pre rolled. Finally Harmonys has pre ground not just shake like this place . If this is helpful Please hit the like button below Thanx
Between $45.00 and $50.00, depending on whether you get a Disability discount. You get 8 (4.35 gram) pre rolled cigarettes with a filter attached, in a cigarette type flip top box within s resealable pouch.. I had a problem with them in the beginning, they were too tight and hard to smoke. It took time to learn to roll them on a table, with the palm of my hand, to loosen them up. It's my favorite way to buy and smoke now.
If you are looking for CBD only oil, NO THC, you can get it in almost any convenience store. They are legal and come in oil vapes or candy. If looking for THC oils I guess you have to wait January. I was told last December that oil was coming soon and now a year later it is coming. I don't know why the people at GSD are not posting about it or replying to questions here. Harmony in SECAUCUS does. One of head guys at GSD is now at Harmony. If this was helpful Please hit the like button below. Thanx
They have a lounge where you can sit and breathe in the delicious fragrance of flowering marijuana, but they can't go into the purchase area without an MMP or "Caretaker" card.
Go to the Garden State Dispensary front page and scroll down to "Find A Physician", click the link, enter your zip code and a list of Doctors and their specialties will open. Pick a Doctor that treats your ailment and make an appointment. It's that simple. I'll post the Find A Physician link for you here: http://www.gardenstatedispensary.com/new-page-5 In an example: I was on pain pills but didn't like the way they made me feel. I was always tired and felt as if I were dragging myself around. I didn't want to go anywhere or do anything day after day. I heard of a study being done at a local hospital where I would wean off pills and start using marijuana for pain. I've been off of pills for two years now. While marijuana doesn't work as well for pain as pain killers do, I got used to it. The study ended and I had to find a new Dr. When he asked why marijuana, I said: I'd rather use something natural rather than go back on pain pills. That seemed to be a satisfying enough answer.
Nope, not yet. Its easy enoughbto getbyour MMP card provided you have one or more of the approved ailments. I wil provide links to both The State of NJ Medicinal Marijuana Program as well as The Garden Stste Dispensary "Find a Physician" page.. NJMMP: https://www.nj.gov/health/medicalmarijuana/ GSD Find a Doc: http://www.gardenstatedispensary.com/new-page-5 Best of Luck!
No, not anywhere in NJ, not yet. It's easy enought to get your medical card, provided you have an ailment on the list. I'll post links to both The NJ Medicinal Marijuana Program and The Garden State Dispensary "Find a Physician" web page. NJMMP: https://www.nj.gov/health/medicalmarijuana/program-rules/ GSD Find a Physician: http://www.gardenstatedispensary.com/new-page-5 Bedt of Luck..
As others have said No. I have spoken to someone who is going to be checking how to get all states that have medical marijuana to take other state cards. It could be good for tourism. Go skiing in Colorado. Others can come to AC here in Jersey. As it is if the med pot is all you are taking for pain you are a prisoner in the State. If you agree please call your State Representative. If this post helps please hit the Like button. Thanx Crazy Eyes
As you can see they do not have the oils for vape yet. What I do not understand is why can't they buy them from places that make them. Space Ape is one brand. Maybe they will change the law if that is the reason. I was taking high amount of pills and went down half. But you can not take med pot out of state. I believe all states that have medical pot should honor other states. This way you can go on vaca to Denver or Florida. And people can come to AC. Good luck. If this post helps please hit the Like button. Thanx. Crazy Eyes
You need an NJ card and you can get one pretty easily. First you will need to see a Doctor. Click this link to enter your location, it will help to find a Doctor near you: www.gardenstatedispensary.com/new-page-5 Once you've seen a Doctor, you will need to make an appointment, for an orientation, at any of the Dispenasries in NJ.. I dont know if they can rush the process for you, but you can try by explaining that you are a Massachusetts patient, with Cancer, and no medication. If they can to help, in sure they will, they always go out of their way to help their patients... Best of luck..
They might be, i think there has to be some legal framework that has to change
Recreational marijuana is not yet legal. It is not available here nor at any NJ Dispensary. Some people say it'll be taxed like liquor, when recreational. It might be beneficial to get a card if you meet the criteria. Not yet...
Unfortunately, you would need an NJMMP license to purchase in any dispensaries in the state of New Jersey. Try contacting the dispensaries in your area and ask if Medicaid or any dispensaries have a bus once in a while to bring patients to and from NY dispensaries.
Not yet they are planning on building a lab on site or off site for extractions
If you already have a reference number from the njmmp and your actual license, then the license is valid. Always make an appointment online at the website of any NJ dispensary before going, the lines are getting longer.
It's true that their prices are among the highest in the state but the quality can't be beat. I was there today and I had a discussion with 3 other members, at the GSD lounge, regarding quality at other NJ dispensaries. We all agreed that the weed at other places seems, to contain little to no kief, it's unaturally wet and harsh. It's as if it were harvested and cured too quickly. I've met people who come from as far away as Wayne and Cape May. They say it's well worth the six or ten extra bucks. I've tried them all and the most consistent and best strains are always from Garden State Dispensary. I had one bad quarter oz and they actually took it back, disposed if it, and replaced it with my choice. No other dispensary will do that.
I know right ?! That's exactly what I'm waiting on that works best for me. GSD said this week for Death Star to constantly check the menu for it. They would also send out texts & e-mails to patients when it's available.
Currently, YES and it must be a NJMMP license.
Not really sure, i do not use.
Cash only and also flower and shake only. Some of the staff have no idea when you ask questions about products they sell, as in Pax machine and Sharp Stone Bud breaker. I have asked how to clean screen and one girl told me to use a knitting needle. Only last time I was there did I get a right answer. Use alcohol. Cleans it right up but i lost all the product stuck to it. I am going to clean it every time I use it but I know i am losing out on what i clean with the alcohol. I think I will put a flame under it and smoke the vapor that comes up. This place is also like just going to a pot dealer as they have high prices, no pun intended, and you get texts when they have High THC levels in stock, one saying 'Just in time for the weekend'. I wish that they and other places would get vape oil like other states have. It is much cheaper, no annoying smoke smell and ,if done like other states, it is sold by weight. So if you get a vial, which is like buying an eighth it only counts as 1/2 a gram
Thank you, do you know their age requirement some argue the age
Some insurances do cover your registration fee others don't, you'll have to check with Blue Cross to ask where to send your MMJ Doctor bill(s) and your registration fee for reimbursement. No insurance company covers the cost of Medicinal Marijuana, at least not yet.. Best of Luck...
No, the only place that sells oils (at the moment) is Compassionate Sciences in Bellmawr, NJ. Its a topical oil to rub into the skin. Many people get relief from placing a drop or two beneath the tongue. It is not intended or recommend for vaping.
Yes, there is a 10% for SSD patients
Definitely! There are many patients who use wheelchairs and there's wheelchair accessible "van" spaces adjacent and to the to the left of the front door. Most of the members are respectful of those spaces. Welcome!
Yes, uou need an NJMMP card to purchase at every location.
Go online to the state website. They can direct you.
Not yet and as far as I know, the only one with "topical" oils and lozenges is: Compassionate Sciences, Belmawr, N.J. People use oils and creams for cooking and the oil can be vaped (though not recommended) :+) Also, topical oil comes in a syringe. Some people put a drop or two under the tongue for long term relief. I'm told the drops can last 6 to 8 hours and in some cases much longer. Be careful! I vaped three good hits of a syringe full of oil and I was surprised by the really heavy and oppressive high. It lasted two and a half, nearly three days and it wasn't the: Whoa Dude great buzz, kind of high it was the: stop I want to get off type. After that a joint or a bowl did absolutely nothing for more than two weeks. ****The oils are strong and should be used responsibly.
No you have to visit a mmp doctor to get the card and have a qualifying condition. If you visit thier website they have all the links and more details as to where to go and how to obtain the card.
They accept cash or debit cards here the debit cards here. Legislation has not yet been changed so that we can use our health coverage to pay for this. I'm sure change will come. This is a great place. great counselors they've been very helpful for me. I've been going for almost a year.
Of course you need a (Card)
No !!, the answer is yes !! If you have a prescription, this place is medical only.
Walk in is fine but you may end up waiting for a space between people who made appointments. They're very efficient so even if you don't have an appointment it shouldn't take very long.
Cathy that 2 ounces a month.... Also, make sure you are very well versed in the law.. and what the police have... Private message me...i will get you the file i found
They do, though it's charged like an atm transaction with surcharge.
Yvonne and Myrian gave an excellent list
Yes, you can go from one dispensary to another with no trouble at all. In fact, you don't need to do anything except make your 1st appointment at the new dispensary before going. You'll need to endure another orientation at each new dispensary, even though you've already had one. First appointments can sometimes take up to a month or more. When you arrive at the new dispensary the receptionist will switch you from your old dispensary to your new one. If you decide to go back to your old dispensary you won't need another orientation and they can change your choice of dispensary for you, at the front desk again. Also, Compsssionate Sciences Dispensary, in Bellmawr, NJ carries only one edible product: lozenges in 3 flavors at 10mgs each. They do however, sell creams and oils that can be made into edibles at home. Recipes can be found on the Internet. Good Luck... .
No sir, your card is not valid here. You will have to go thru the process all over again here. And I will bet Jersey is a lot more stricter than California dude.
You don't have to change. You do have to make a another appointment at bellmar. Each time you go to a new dispensary you have to make one.
No you have to go to a Doctor in your State
No you don't need medical insurance to perchance its an out of pocket costs
Need a NJ card and residence...for now
Not yet... Some states permit recreational use of Marijuana, this is not one of them, but keep checking in. ~Ya' never know? One thing we've learned from those who have gone before us (in other states) is that those of us using Marijuana for medicinal purposes will pay less than those using it recreationally by a significant amount. Getting your card now, if you have a Medical condition warranting use of medicinal marijuana, will insure that you pay the lowest amounts on the pricing scale. It doesn't matter at the moment, but it will matter, down the line.
Not yet, last time I asked they said something about expecting a change in law allowing them to sell edibles and oils in January and that you'll know when you start to see construction at The Dispensary.
Gonna have to stop by and find out cause nobody ever answers the phone 😆 😹😹
You can search online from the New Jersey medical marijuana program website to find a doctor that can renew your prescription
Yes you still need a medical card if you like to find recreational marijuana you have Zen leaf in Elizabeth is one of the closest to Garden State dispensary
Go through their website all the way at the bottom there's careers
No, and they will not be dealing with any recreational at all only medical
They are working on it . I only get edibles but selection is huge different sale every day . you will be pleased when open to public
No, at least not yet and hopefully never.
Not yet, just edibles but you need to be a medical marijuana card hold over here
No they won't be open to the public you will need to go to Elizabeth or find one of the other places
No, this place will not be a public location it will only be for medical card holders, but you can find a place in Elizabeth New Jersey
No, they are not going to be selling recreational quite yet. they will still only be catering towards their medical patients. Possibly Zenleaf
Not yet, you still need a medical card.
The prices are the same for every single person but if you have Medicaid or Medicare you get a 15% discount and then if they have any specials they give you the higher discount for the day. Depending on the special
People stop giving your money away to them for free you paying service fees and taking out money at their ATMs it's just giving them free money stop wasting your money at the casino people if you want to spend money help one of the bums on the street in Atlantic City give them some food. Yes you need your medical marijuana card. If you have it you can purchase up to your alloted amount for the month.
Try nuggmd.com or verihealth
No unfortunately you have to be New Jersey resident to use this dispensary
No, sorry. Not yet, but one day soon!
Yes you need your medical card.
As long as you already have your Medical Marijuana card, that's considered your script.
No currently if your medical you can go to website and view menu
According to google since 2019 NJ accepts out of state cards. Just call to be sure. Try calling around 530ish since they'll be close to closing so you should be able to reach someone.
No
Veterans discount. 10% off unless it's already on sale.
You need a prescription...
No
will we now be able to purchase without a medical card ?
No
I was told not yet. It is a little delayed. They are only accepting NJ IDs still. I have my medical card from Florida and an employee told me the bill is delayed for some reason but once it passes than yes, supposively we can use our out of state cards. Not yet tho.
Gardenstatedispensary.com there's a menu for each location. Subject to change and availability. You can't order without having an appointment.
To be honest with this pandemic going on i truly doubt it from my perspective, and I think as a new patient you can only get info. If it were a different time I couldn't answer that, these dispensaries and new jersey law is pretty tight, but as the laws change i wouldnt see why not. My own opinion.
You have to have a state medical marijuana card.
As of now, the dispensary can barely keep up with medical patient demands. I can't imagine they will just open up to all sales without an influx of product.
Medical Marijuana patients only in any NJ dispensary. They haven't finalized the bill for recreational in NJ.
Well even though the laws have changed, the old president is in office until 20 January 2021, so the Marijuana law hasn't come in effect. Then with whatever they have to do law wise the public isn't being serviced at any dispensary unless you have your card.
Yes recreational use of cannabis is legal now. However people are saying that it's going to take years is not entirely true. The people passed it and now it's legal full stop. What they are telling you is how and how much to tax it. Also how cops can bust drivers testing etc. So go out smoke weed but do it responsible.
Nobody is open for recreational sales in NJ yet. The voters want it legal but the government still has to define what that means.
Yes that is so correct, the law finally passed. Thank God! For everyone who doesn't have a medical card. But coming soon and im sure it will take some time to get all smoking needs met along with ediables. Hopefully someone comes up with the ideal of cannabis dinning.
Currently all dispensaries are medical only (subject to change).
I've only bought a few carts, and the selection is pretty extensive, I can't say for sure, I would go on website menu and see if they do carry, I can't say for sure.
Check daily menu
It's at the discretion of the owner. If I'm not mistaken, NJ is not considered a state that accepts out of state cards. It would be best to contact them directly, leave a VM, and ask your question once they call back.
Few of us have been very disappointed with the last two months of flower from GG to zkit, however, this place is still top notch. Grown very well however Cali spoiled here.
That is cbd to thc ratio. If you don't want to feel high, than you take the 10:1
Unless there are 4 different strains available, you won't be able to buy an ounce. All flower is limited to 1/4oz per strain. An eighth will cost you about $65
After the appt time is made they email or text you back that it's confirmed. Arrive, text them your info and they bring it to you.
Yes you have to wait the website updates at 10am. If you don't see an open day then they are already booked
For the 1st visit you have to fill out a form on their website for "New Patients" for either Woodbridge or Union or the 3rd location before you move onto the actual ordering because if you skip that, they'll make you fill it out anyway when you get there and it'll probably be a lil wait.
Hello, in order to purchase Medical Marijuana from any dispensary in NJ, you need a valid medical marijuana card. You can find a doctor that participates in the program on our website at gardenstatedispensary.com Thank you!
I believe you have to for all dispensaries. Maybe not Union, as they are associated with Woodbridge.
They have special instructions for people who are disabled check out the website
I believe I bought dragon fruit and watermelon. Not worth the price imo. And the taste is awful. I had to swallow them
no
They said to make appointment, one day in advance
Because students traditionally have less time to work than the rest of us, and are in a historically unprecedented amount of debt.
Sorry but New Jersey will not recognize any out of state MMC.
Go on line order what you want, and when you get there call in and have them deliver to your car. And pay with a debit card, they are accepted!! Have a great day!!!
No they just flower, vape pens, and topical..
They change everyday, the best way to know for certain is to go and ask for a menu because it changes online as well.
Wait for your card.takes 7 to 10 days
The cop in the lobby will likely escort you out.
Go to the njmmp website for instructions, no tou cannot walk I
Hello Marili, We do currently sale vape cartridges that are filled with cannabis oil. Feel free to check our menu on our website gardenstatedispensary.com
As long as you both have patient and/or caregiver cards there is no problem.
Only what's in stock pal
You should give them a call.
Look up their daily menu online. You can Set up your smartphone to press a button and see the daily menu.
Cash only
No I dont believe you can. New jersey cant use ours anywhere else, so imagine it would be the same. I think the website says card must be from New Jersey. We can't even go to another dispensary in New Jersey without changing it on the website.
Better to setup appointment and then order online too..makes sure you get what you want and they don't run out. Website is user friendly
Thanks jen ! Saves a trip
NO
First time you need to meet with a councilor so you need an appt for that. Every time after, I just walk in
All depends on your insurance darlin, call them they will give you all you need. I will say 10% discount off your order at North field when traveling over 50 miles. Great
Yes you need a New Jersey medical marijuana card
No. It will expire.
Gonna have to check with ur doctor or ur gonna have to find a marijuana doctor who can give it to u
They do not take credit card. They accept cash or debit card. If debit card they have like a 4 dollar fee added to your total. Hope this helps!
Medicare does not recognize medical cannabis. They won't nor will any other Ins cover the cost of the cannabis other than a couple court cases, at least at this time that I know of, but hopefully that will change in the coming years ahead. For a discount your have to qualify, here's that info: Qualifying patients on Government Assistance and Veterans receive a 10% Discount Pediatric Patients (age 17 and under) receive a 50% Discount Members of the UFCW Union receive a 10% Discount (must present union card and can not be combined with other discounts) Link to discount page: http://www.gardenstatedispensary.com/discounts I hope this help you find what you're looking for.
All u will get is a discount that's all still have to pay . insurance doesn't cover it
Originally 18,000 people in the state of New Jersey obtained a NJMMP license under Gov. Christi. 6 dispensaries are all NJ has currently. So when Gov. Murphy made it easier to obtain a license, 40,000 people were added to the list but there is still only 6 dispensaries to go to for medical marijuana. Do the math, there's just not enough dispensaries to keep the supply in demand anymore.
No
You need a medical marijuana license. And you have to call for your first date
Yes you do and no they dont that is still against the law but Phil Murphy is working on that
No , not yet in New Jersey , not without prescription from a doctor that's participating in the New Jersey Medical Marijuana Program
Contact www.njmmp.com
I haven't been there in a while because I moved. However, why would you pay dispensary prices on cbd? Grab it at a vape shop or smoke shop much cheaper.
You have to buy a liscense. Murphy expanded 14 locations. And I think ? You have to grow your own . But I would contact the state
There's no discount based on volume. Meaning you pay the same price per 1/8 all the way up. You can purchase your entire monthly allowance in a single purchase but there's no price break
Within the week.
Its does take the place of all the drugs your taking. I have to say it's pretty dumb to ask in a public forum to share/try medical marijuana. Just find a provider that can help you get your card to try medical marijuana.
Call first before going
This type of information is easily available from a Google search. The nearest rec state to NJ is Washington DC.
No. Plain and simple No. You need a Jersey card. People need to contact their Senator and Assemblyman try and get All States that have Medical pot laws to accept cards from other States. Not only will it allow people who need it but can't take it with them,. It would be good for the economy. Right now if pot is helpful you are a prisoner in the state unless you go to where it is legal for recreational use. Good luck trying to get a Jersey card. Or just take train to NYC. Garden State dispensary in Woodbridge will have Edibles & Oils this coming spring .
Not sure heard they just built a $60k lab and hired 2 scientists to start but for now your best bet is breakwater for oil or under the tounge drops. Must make an appointment for first visit. Hopefully soon GSD has some of the best buds but prices t ok match! Will be interesting to see what they do!!!
Edibles are available in Jersey. Google it. One is the dispensary in Bellmawr. They have 5 listed but only if 3 are lozenges. Hopefully things will get better after the first of January. If this post helps please hit the Like button below. THANX. GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS
This is a medical marijuana dispensary, a doctor needs to perscrbe it for anyone to get it here.
What about Medicare? If you are asking if you can use Medicare to pay for meds than NO. But if you are over 65 w/ Medicare you get Senior discount. If under 65 & have Medicare because you are Dis-abled you get a discount. If you paid $20. For your card you get a discount. I do not believe they give more than one discount. Harmony in Secaucus gives more discounts. You can get up to 50% off. They even give you a discount if you drive more than 50 miles. If you are buying a months worth you save. Allso Vets, first responder, Senior Disabled. If the patient is under 18 they get 50% off. It is just off exit 15X. But stay local if only getting small amount. If this post helps please hit the Like button. Thanx
From the website. Literally the first thing on the list if you Google: nj medical marijuana doctors
Yes it is. Keep your receipt so you can claim it on your taxes as a healthcare expense.
No. You're going to have to go through the process. Talk to your doctor.

I paid 20.00 to register with the state Gov. I have insurance that was my copay.
Gardenstatedispesary.com website can help provide all the information needed to answer your questions.
It helps get you in and out faster if you make an appointment first. Check out their website for hours and information.
Mother plant died or something so not for a long time if ever
Oils in Cranbury only in this area but all oils in New Jersey are still too costly for what you're getting.
I don't know if you can get a card but regardless the guidelines you are given specifically say you can't take it across state lines, on vacation or for any other reason. If you are in another state then the NJ law doesn't apply and even if they have medicinal or recreational programs it doesn't protect you because it's not currently reciprocal between states. You certainly couldn't go through an airport or anywhere with federal security like TSA. To drive anywhere you would almost certainly have to cross a state that doesn't allow marijuana. At minimum it's just not worth the risk. An out of state officer could easily hold you for possession and crossing state lines. Even if you got through it without conviction it wouldn't be good and a drug charge can result in expulsion from the NJ program...
They are getting close to having a lab built id guess mid to early 2019
They have pricing online. I know Ive seen signs for Medicaid. Either way the state is going to have to step in and help with pricing for medical until it is available recreationally. If you think about someone stricken with either cancer or other terminal diseases, or Perhaps complications from aids, and that person living in an urban city in a lower social economical environment, having to find a way to make money, while being on welfare which is a $140 a month in food stamps which is not cash and usually around $192 a month. They have no access to this, what I believe to be the best medication for that period inducing hunger, increase in quality alive, providing relaxation, taking away pain, nearly curing symptoms from seizures, they need to integrate a way for everyone to have fair access. Not at all being political, but this is a fact and many people, even more deserving and more sick than others, have no way to get this amazing medicine. Thanks
Prices for all strains are the same. Flower is about 66. an eighth and around 40. for shake. If you are disabled, collecting govt.funds etc you get a 10% discount. They do offer discounts on high CBD/low THC strains.
No you need a valid NJ MMP card and a doctors prescription
No just write weed card and your name under it on the back of your walmart receipt and you should be ok
Just show up, that's what my uncle did.
A NJMMP card
I would ask them
Yes there is a doctor Nancy Sumner 534 Amboy Avenue Woodbridge New Jersey
New Jersey doesn't accept out of state cards.. Washington DC does and they have a wider..better selection and product.
Cash. And debit only
If you make an appointment, you won't have to wait as long.
Not yet and you need to obtain a medical marijuana card from your mmp doctor.
You need a doctor approved state issued mmp card then you could purchase from any dispensary you choose but step one would be to have a visit with a doctor that can approve you for the program
I heard 10% discount
Jose they do require an appointment prior to your first visit here.
No. Only Medical. See their website, you'll find an abundant amount of cogent information there. Fyi... great dispensary!
That is an excellent inquiry, this could make a big difference in your life.
When you register for your medical marijuana card there's a brief summary of do's and don'ts , you can also go to the section that says law enforcement , in the laws are there !
Its best to bring cash. There is an ATM inside The Dispensary, with a fee, just as if you were using any ATM other than your own bank. I'm pretty sure it's $3.00 . All Wawa's are fee free if you happen to pass one on the way..
Call them... they are very nice and helpful
Yes
Everyone is right. The State is looking at recommendations to include delivery service along with adding other medical reasons for using medical Marijuana like chronic pain. I believe all states that allow medical marijuana should honor card holders from other states.
I don't think so but if you call N.J. disspencry they will be happy to answer I'd say no but call them
Yes, you only need to make an appointment for your first initial appointment
You need to see a state registered doctor to get a script to get a medical marijuana card. Medicais does not not cover state registered doctor or card but does get you discounts..
Nj does not accept out of state cannabis patients.
Call ahead there staff is the best at explaining all of your questions and are happy to help
Over 18 for medical with certification. And since the laws arent set up yet no one knows for sure. Keep up with the news as more will be talked about it soon.
The bill has to pass first so no you can't get any that way go to your doctor
I buy both high CBD (Otto) for day and high THC (Blackwater) bedtime. I make gummy bears out of the high CBD (Otto) and I enjoy the making of them and the relief I get from them. And it's a much simpler way to have it on hand when I visit family and friends.
You must be a part of the NJ Medical Marijuana Program, IDs from other states are not accepted in NJ under current law.
The counselors there will help you find the perfect strains for you, you just have to make an appointment
